Caravan Description

This is our family’s beautiful holiday home on Haven’s Golden Sands Holiday Park in Mablethorpe. It offers 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests in comfort.

We offer:
Weekly bookings from Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday (7 nights)*
Weekends from Friday to Monday (3 nights)
Short breaks from Monday to Friday (4 nights)

A £50 deposit will secure the booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

The Holiday Home

The main double bedroom has a wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds and a cupboard. The twin beds can be moved together to form doubles if preferred. In addition, there is a pull-out bed in the lounge area, which sleeps a further 2 guests. There is also a travel cot in the caravan.

All bedrooms benefit from blow air heating.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, hand wash basin, toilet and heater. There is also the added bonus of a separate toilet with had basin.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, large oven/hob, a microwave and all crockery and cutlery you may require for your self- catering holiday. An iron and ironing board is provided too.

The spacious lounge offers ample seating, a gas fire, TV, dining table and seating.

There is a key safe fitted to the caravan, which will enable you to gain easy access anytime after 2pm on your day of arrival. Check out is required by 10am on your day of departure.

Bedding is provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. However, you will need to provide your own towels and tea towels.

Please Note: Fun passes are not included, but can be purchased from Reception on arrival. The fun passes provide access to all entertainment facilities, swimming pools and the sports and leisure complex.

There is a land train that runs from the site to the beach and also into Mablethorpe.

The Seal Sanctuary is located near to the beach and is only a short walk from our caravan. There is also a pub within easy walking distance of the caravan

A Beautiful sandy beach is around a 5 minute walk away.
