Caravan Description
This is a beautifully furnished home from home with high quality fixtures and fittings throughout at the fabulous Golden Anchor Caravan Park in Skegness, with a fishing lake and just a 4 minuteswalk to the beach from the Caravan.
My luxury home from home comprises of a large open plan living area, fully fitted and generously equipped kitchen & a designated dining area.
The living area is beautifully furnished with a smart TV, DVD player with DVDs, CD player, unlimited Wi-Fi & an oak dining table with seating for up to four people. There is also a sofa bed it the lounge.
Prefer no pets but will consider on request.
Housed in the kitchen is an integrated ¾ fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob, it is well equipped if you love cooking. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and individual biscuits for both adults and children.
In the master bedroom there is oodles of storage space for your clothes and room for a travel cot beside the bed, there is also a smart TV for you to use. The second bedroom has two single beds and a TV with DVD player and Freeview.
Also available - upon request – is a travel cot, high chair, baby bath.
Outside I have an electric BBQ which can be used externally on a stand or used as a desktop hotplate on top of the gas cooker and gravity loungers.

My holiday home is situated just a 4 minute walk to the beach, local amusements, shops, restaurants, take-aways, cafes, entertainment at Club Tropicana & sister park The Golden Palm Resort.
The cabaret clubhouse in Club Tropicana is a 5 minute walk from Golden Anchor located at the Golden Palm Resort.
A well-kept beach, with no major roads to cross, is within easy access from the side.
Nearby, within a 5 to 10 minute drive is Fantasy Island, buses available throughout the hour all day.
The largest outside market in Europe is within and surrounding Fantasy Island.
