Caravan Description

Privately owned, 3 bedroom family holiday caravan situated on Golden Anchor Holiday Park in Chapel St Leonards, very close to the beach, local pubs, cafés, shops, arcades etc.

Our family holiday caravan offers a spacious living area with flat screen TV, modern electric fire and free-standing seating that incorporates a king size pull-out bed if needed. We also have a selection of board games and playing cards.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

There’s a large kitchen area, which is well equipped with all your needs, including a cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron/board, pots and pans etc. There is also a dining table that seats 4, along with 2 breakfast stools and a breakfast bar. A high chair is available if required.

There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and over bed storage. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a bunkbed. Both of these rooms have a wardrobe and storage cupboard.

All duvets and pillows are provided, as well as sheets and pillow cases. However, you will need to bring your own towels.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and wash basin. The separate toilet has a hand basin.

We have electric radiators in all bedrooms and living areas.

For those long summer days, we have a fantastic new decking area, complete with lockable gate to keep the little ones safe. A rattan patio set is provided for our guests to use and relax in the sun with a cold drink.

Short breaks/weekends are available upon request.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking, which will secure your booking and act as a security bond.

The full balance will be due 4 weeks before your holiday.

The security bond will be returned to you once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything found to be in order with no loss, damage and/or breakages.

If the site is closed because of COVID then you will receive a full refund.

This is our own family caravan, which we use with our own children, so all that we ask is that you respect our caravan and leave it as clean and tidy and as you find it.

Location

Our caravan is located very close to the beach and is just a short walk to many pubs, cafés, shops and arcades, including The Arches pub, Happy Days and Club Tropicana, so everything is easily accessible.

The boating and fishing lakes are less than a 5 minute walk away. There’s also buses that run regularly to Ingoldmells and Skegness town.
