3 bedroom family holiday caravan to let on Golden Anchor Caravan Park in Chapel St Leonards, Skegness, located around 5 minutes walk from the beach and local area amenities.

Inside the caravan you will find an open kitchen, dining and lounge area. Within the kitchen is an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and kettle, along with all cutlery, utensils, dinnerware, cups and glasses you will need.

In the lounge area is a TV, DVD player and a radio, along with a bench style seating area, plus bench style seating area with a table and stools.

There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with plenty of cupboards and storage space. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has a bunkbed. Both of these rooms have a wardrobe and cupboard.

On entrance there is an enclosed veranda with seating.

Please leave the holiday caravan clean and tidy as you would expect to find it, which will allow us to keep the cost of your holiday down. We run the caravan so that the occupier cleans the caravan after use.

Location

Our family caravan on Golden Anchor Caravan Park, is around a 5 minute walk from the beach and located close to local restaurants, takeaways, bars, shops and amusements.

There are plenty of well-stocked fishing lakes within a 10 minute of the caravan.

Walking along the beach, in approximately 30 minutes is Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island.
