Caravan Description

This is a lovely, fully renovated and modernised caravan is available for you to hire and explore the lovely Lincolnshire attractions, it makes an ideal base and is extensively equipped with everything you may need. Weeks weekends and mid weeks breaks.

The spacious lounge has a TV, gas fire, wall heater and pull-out table and chairs. The caravan benefits from having Wi-Fi too.

Modern kitchen with everything that you may need, including an air fryer, slow cooker, steamer, microwave, new fridge and a one cup water dispenser.

It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage, the twin room has two single beds, storage heater and blackout curtains. Also available if needed is a travel cot, high chair & bed guard. Sleeps 4 plus travel cot

The bathroom has been updated and modernised providing you with a waterproof, non-slip floor and a new modern low level shower enclosure

Outside the caravan is a veranda with a gate and a table with 2 chairs.

There is a refundable £100 damage/cleanliness bond required when you make a booking. The van will be checked on your departure and providing it is left as it was found with no excess cleaning or damages, the bond will be returned the floowing day (within 24 hours).



Location

Situated in a good position for everything on Golden Palm Resort, close to the children’s play area and a few minutes’ walk to the swimming pool and Club Tropicana that seats 2000 people, both of which have an admission charge for visiting day guests.

This caravan truly is an ideal base for visiting and exploring the beach and many attractions of the East Coast – Skegness, Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire Wildlife Park and The Donkey Sanctuary to name but a few.
