Caravan Description

Our dog friendly caravan to let on Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards, boasts a lovely enclosed veranda with outdoor furniture to be enjoyed whatever time of year.

We have just reupholstered the caravan, giving you quality and comfort during your stay. We will upload new photos once the site has reopened in March 2024.

The caravan sleeps up to 6 people and featuring a master double bedroom, alongside one twin bedroom, with a comfy double sofa bed in the lounge. All bedding is included and beds will be made up for your arrival (except the sofa bed).

The kitchen, dining and lounge area is comfortable and spacious with everything that you could need for a home from home feel. It offers plenty of room to cook and enjoy self-catered meals, or even a takeaway from the on-site fish and chip shop or takeaways.

Our caravan also boasts a lovely enclosed veranda with outdoor furniture to be enjoyed on sunny days, warm evenings or with a blanket on those cooler evenings too.

Caravan Key Features

• Comfortable lounge with an integral dining area with a pull out sofa bed for guests 5 and 6
• TV and DVD player, along with a games console and a selection of family friendly DVDs, books and board games
• Wi-Fi included
• Well-equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, crockery, utensils, cleaning equipment etc.
• New electric fire in the lounge area and portable oil filled radiators for use in the bedrooms, along with fans for the warmer months
• Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire blanket and a fire extinguisher
• Shower room, equipped with a toilet, wash basin and an enclosed shower, plus a wall heater
• Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, cupboard and TV, plus over bed cupboards/units and ample storage space
• Second bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, cupboard, TV and plenty of storage space under the beds
• Mattress protectors on all beds along with pillow protectors
• Travel cot and high chair available on request


Linen & Towels

Bed linen will be provided for the master bedroom and twin bedroom, with beds made up ready for your arrival.

Linen for the sofa bed and travel cot is NOT provided.

Guests will need to bring their own towels, toiletries and hairdryers.

Dogs

Small dogs only are allowed in this caravan. They must not be left unattended in the caravan at any time during your stay and remain well behaved throughout your stay, both in and around the caravan. Any damage caused by your pets will be charged accordingly, as will extra cleaning due to dog hairs, muddy paws etc.

Under no circumstances are your pets allowed in the bedrooms or on the beds at any time, and must be confined to the lounge area only, especially at night time, preferably in their own sleeping basket.

With other guests in mind and to save you extra expense it is imperative that these rules are applied, firmly but fairly. We sincerely want you to have a wonderful holiday with your pets, but would be very grateful for the consideration of other guests that follow in our family owned caravan and also for our caravan park neighbours.

Groups

Again, with our neighbours in mind and being a family orientated resort, we can only take family bookings and not same sex group bookings.

Smoking

Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted within the caravan. The veranda may be used, but please clear away any mess afterwards for health and safety reasons.

Parking

There is parking available adjacent to the caravan on a first come first served basis.

Golden Palm

We are located just a short 3 minute walk from all facilities on Golden Palm Resort. These include:

• Club Tropicana, offering an amazing entertainment itinerary in a fully air-conditioned venue, which serves drinks from its modern show bar
• Comedy, music, magic or simply a game of bingo
• Blue Anchor Superstars will mesmerise your little ones with non-stop fun alongside Goldie, Flo & their Funshine Friends
• In-house soft play area and Goldies Lounge; ideal for family groups, with superb and unique open plan layout offers dedicated play areas 0-4 years and 5-14 years, so parents can keep an eye on the children as they play and still watch all the live entertainment on the main stage
• Entertainment passes are available to purchase from Club Tropicana on arrival
• Heated indoor fun pool, with water slides for all the family and a dedicated children's activity area with water fountains and splash pool for the little ones
• Plenty of seating at the pool, for those wanting to remain dry and a café
• More fun for the family with crazy golf, children play areas, amusement arcade, multi-sport areas and tennis court
• Plenty of choices for food in the shopping complex, including Fish & Chips, Chinese Take Away, Kebabs and Pizzas
• On-site supermarket stocking all of the groceries needed for the best self-catered holiday
• Launderette and cash machines are also available on-site
• JW's Bar & Grill - a family pub with outdoor seating, latest sports on large screen TVs, karaoke and Sunday roasts.

Explore

There is a bus stop directly outside the site. The buses travel to Skegness (via Fantasy Island Theme Park and Ingoldmells) and also cover Mablethorpe. Chapel Saint Leonards beach is approximately a 10 minute walk and the main town is also a ten minute walk.

Booking

A £50 deposit secures your booking with full payment being required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday,

The £50 security bond will be refunded within 7 days of departure, providing there has been no breakages or damage.
