Caravan Description

Douglas Fir Tree is our lovely 2022, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with a wraparound private decking that is situated on Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards.

We are now taking bookings for 2023 in our brand-new caravan, Douglas Fir Tree.

The caravan is double glazed, central heated and well equipped to ensure you have a real home from home experience.

There is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge making it comfortable for 8 people to sleep. There’s also a flat screen TV in the lounge.

Bookings & Conditions

We require a £50 deposit to secure the dates you would like; this this will be deducted from the full holiday price. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.

The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

A security deposit of £50 will also be required. This will be paid back to you after inspection of the caravan, providing there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.

We are able to take card payments via Sum-up or online and an easy payment plan can be arranged.

A maximum of 2 small, well-behaved dogs are welcome, at an extra charge.

Short breaks are also available and longer periods can be discounted.

Location

The Golden Palm Resort has a large clubhouse, which hosts some of the best entertainment on the east coast. It also has a soft play area, a lovely heated fun pool with slides and play areas for young children around the park, along with shops and takeaways.

Golden Palm is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of Chapel St Leonards, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

Within a 5 minute drive you could be at Fantasy Island and the market at Ingoldmells, as well as all the bars, restaurants and shops.
