Ours is a very well looked after and very clean, 28ft by 10ft, 2 bedroom, 5 berth caravan on Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards.
Pet friendly NO SMOKING
The two bedrooms comprise one master with double bed, wardrobe, drawers, a heater and hairdryer; along with one twin with two single beds and a wardrobe. The table in the living area can be made into a further double bed.
Quilts and pillows are provided. You have to bring your own bedding and towels
The kitchen has a full gas cooker, slow cooker, grill,microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge freezer, plus an iron and ironing board.
The living area has a gas fire and Freeview TV.
A travel cot and hoover are also provided.
Outside we have a large veranda, which is very secure for your pet, and also has a table and 4 chairs. What’s nice about the veranda is, nobody walks by so it is very private and no one to annoy your dog.
The caravan is only a few minutes walk from the club house and pool. Passes for these can be purchased at Reception – these are not included in our rental fee.
£50 deposit secures your dates refunded with in 2 days of departure via bank transfer if caravan left tidy and no damage an extra £50 refundable deposit if bringing pets 2 dogs maximum all money paid 4 weeks before holiday

Location
The Golden Palm Resort has a large clubhouse, which hosts some of the best entertainment on the east coast. It also has a soft play area, a lovely heated fun pool with slides and play areas for young children around the park, along with shops and takeaways.
Golden Palm is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of Chapel St Leonards, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
Within a 5 minute drive you could be at Fantasy Island and the market at Ingoldmells, as well as all the bars, restaurants and shops.
