Caravan Description

I have recently purchased a 3 bedroom caravan that is situated on the Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards.

The caravan is very spacious and will sleep 8 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and plenty of storage and two twin bedded rooms with plenty of storage. There is also a pull-out bed in the lounge area.

This is one of the larger caravans and is 32' x 12'.

The kitchen has a full size cooker and fridge, and all kitchen contents are new. In the lounge there is a large seating area and a corner seating area with a table. A travel cot can be arranged to be in the accommadation for a hire fee of £10.00

The bathroom has a full size shower, toilet and sink. My caravan has a verranda with a locked gate. There is a patio table and chairs for you're use. My caravan has a veranda . It has been reholphstered and new curtains throughout. The caravan is having double glazing installed in june

All contents are new, including a microwave, 32" TV, DVD player, kettle, hairdryer, duvets and pillow etc. I have also purchased a new travel cot, duvet, booster seat, buckets and spades, plus a few DVDs and games for rainy days.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen. You will also need to provide towels and tea towels.

Bookings

To secure your booking a £50 non-refundable deposit is required. I also require a £75 damage waiver which will be returned to you if the caravan is left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.

The balance needs to be paid in full 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

As myself and my family will be using this family caravan ourselves, no same sex groups allowed - families and couples only.

No smoking inside the caravan please.
