Our very spacious, double glazed, 8 berth, two bathroom caravan is situated close to all of Golden Palm Resort's amenities, yet at the same time benefits from a very private plot.

The veranda looks towards trees and has no vehicles or other holidaymakers passing by, making it a lovely, quiet spot. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away through the site.

The caravan has double French doors to the front, which open out onto a fully enclosed and gated veranda with steps leading down.

The very light, spacious lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and fire. There is also a double pull-out bed under the lounge seating area.

The fully equipped kitchen has a full size oven/hob, a fridge with small freezer box, microwave oven, toaster, plenty of pots and pans, crockery and utensils, and a dining table with chairs.

The caravan benefits from two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the double bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The bathrooms are situated at opposite ends of the caravan.

The double bedroom has a dressing table with mirror, wardrobe and the en-suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms are situated together at the opposite end of the caravan to the double bedroom and both have an electric wall heater. The second bathroom is next to them.

Electricity and gas are included in the price during your stay. We also provide additional heating in the form of electric heaters.

All duvets and pillows are provided, so you will only need to bring with you: bottom sheets, duvets covers, pillow cases.

Bedding can be arranged, please ask at time of booking.

Please remember to bring shower mats, towels and tea towels with you.

Bookings

A minimum non-refundable deposit of £50 (per week booked) secures your holiday dates and must be paid when making the booking, by bank transfer. After this time, if the deposit isn't paid, your chosen dates will be made available to other holiday makers.

The remaining balance is due 28 days before the start of your holiday.

At the time of paying your balance we also require a £80 REFUNDABLE BOND, which is returned to you within 7 days of leaving the caravan, if, when checked, the caravan is in good, clean condition with no damage and no evidence of smoking (this includes not leaving cigarette butts on the veranda or the grass directly outside the caravan).

This is a no smoking caravan.
