Caravan Description

Home from home is the best way to describe our immaculately presented 2 bedroom caravan on the Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards. It is sited on the Meadowview side of the caravan park.

In the kitchen you will find a full size cooker, microwave, built-in fridge freezer, full set of cutlery and crockery for 6 people, a kettle, toaster, Iron and ironing board and plenty of cupboard space and a washing machine for your use.

Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a table and chairs, which then leads on to the living room of the caravan.
The lounge has a large settee and armchair, there is a tv and a dvd player for your use

Although the caravan is centrally heated there is an additional electric fire and there are French doors out onto the front small part of the balcony with a couple of chairs and a small table.

Bedroom one is spacious and has a double bed and ample wardrobe space and a flat screen tv, plus an en-suite toilet.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and small tv and the third sleeping area comes in the form of a fold up bed in the living room.

The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.

There is a full length balcony along the side of the caravan; ideal as it has a gate at the end

This is a pet friendly caravan so you can bring the dog.
A fee of £20 per dog is charged with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay.

The caravan is sited on the Meadowview side of the caravan park and is a stroll across a small bridge, and through the park to the clubhouse and the indoor swimming pool.

All duvets and pillows are provided.
You will need to bring your own duvet covers and sheets although these can be hired for a fee, please ask for details

All electric and gas is included in the price of the stay.

Passes for the clubhouse and the swimming pool are NOT INCLUDED but can be purchased from site for an additional fee.

Saturday through to Saturday are the weekly stays, although we do cater for weekends and midweek stays, so please enquire, although it is a minimum stay of 3 nights

This is a family site so NO all male or all female groups are allowed.
The lead hirer should be over 25 years of age.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the caravan , but there is a balcony should you wish to use it.

A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your dates with the final balance due 4 weeks prior to the stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque

When collecting the keys to the caravan the site office require a £20 deposit for the key which is returned to you by the office onsite when you hand in the keys.

£75 is added to the final price as a security bond which is fully refundable should the caravan be left clean and tidy, with no damage caused.
