Caravan Description
Our caravan on Golden Palm Resort is within walking distance of all facilities offered on the site, including Club Tropicana and the swimming pool, which can be found over the road and suitable for all ages. Passes are available to buy from club Tropicana reception – they are not included in the caravan hire price.
The award-winning beaches are also just a short walk away.
The caravan is central heated, fully double glazed, newly carpeted in the living room and carpeted in both bedrooms. It offers a modern décor throughout and has a real home from home feel.
In the lounge there is a pull-out double sofa bed, TV and FREE unlimited Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a four-ring gas hob and a gas cooker. There’s also a fridge freezer, microwave, 4 slice toaster, air fryer and all crockery, utensils and oven trays etc. We also have plastic plates/cups etc. should you wish to have a picnic on the beach or sit outside on the veranda on the comfy rattan furniture, enjoying the sunshine and not have to worry about breakages.
The caravan has a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher for your added peace of mind.
The master bedroom is very spacious with enough room to walk around each side of the king-size bed. There is a wardrobe and a tall 6 drawer unit, together with cupboards above the bed and on either side of the bed, with reading lights. The master bedroom also has access to the main bathroom, comprising of a large walk-in shower, toilet and a sink. The two additional bedrooms both have twin beds and a wardrobe with hanging space.
There are mattress and pillow protectors on all beds, which are washed fresh for each let. We supply the duvets and pillows, plus additional bedding for the sofa bed, should you require it.
Bed linen is not included, but we can provide fresh linen for your arrival, at an additional cost of £25.
In addition to the main bathroom, there is a separate toilet with hand basin.
We provide hand towels for each of the bathrooms and tea towels for the kitchen - FREE of charge.
Outside is a modern veranda with a rattan corner sofa (cushions can be found under the single beds). Directly outside the caravan is parking for one car, with additional parking available around the site in the many overflow car parks.
Gas and electricity is included in our hire price.
Bookings & Conditions
Check in is 3pm. Check out is by 10am to allow for cleaning. Please do ask if you would like an earlier check in / late check out as we may be able to accommodate at an additional fee if we can.
We ask for a £75 deposit to secure your dates. Full payment must be paid 4 weeks before your holiday start date.
The initial £75 deposit will then be used as your refundable security bond. The bond will be refunded when the caravan has been checked after your departure as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found, or the need for an excessive clean, such as stain removal etc. We do appreciate that breakages happen, and all we ask is that you please tell us so that we are aware.

Palm Grove, Golden Palm ResortWe are located just a few minutes’ walk from all of the facilities on Golden Palm Resort, which includes:
- Club Tropicana, this hosts an amazing entertainment guide from March-November. Check out their website to plan ahead. They have activities throughout the day with the Blue Anchor Superstars to entertain the little ones, as well as boasting a big in-house soft play area for ages 0-4 years and 5-14 years. Prize bingo is played twice daily (lunchtime and evening) with some high cash prizes. Entertainment passes are available from Club Tropicana reception - daily or weekly passes can be purchased.
- Heated indoor fun pool, with water slides for all the family and a dedicated children's activity area with water fountains and splash pool for the little ones. There is plenty of seating at the pool, for those wanting to remain dry.
- Children's outside play areas are scattered around the park - along with an amusement arcade and much more.
- There are plenty of choices for food in the shopping complex, including Fish & Chips, Chinese Take Away, Kebabs and Pizzas
- On-site supermarket stocking a variety of your every day groceries.
- Launderette and cash machines are also available on-site
If you don't fancy the Club Tropicana venue, there's plenty to see and do close by.
- JW's Bar & Grill (2 minute walk away) - a family friendly pub with outdoor seating, latest sports on large screen TVs, karaoke and Sunday carvery.
- Admiral Benbow (10 minute beach stroll from the caravan) – offering a very unique outside decking area in the shape of a boat on the beachfront. It is a real sun trap with a variety of refreshments and bar snacks on offer.
- Trunch Lane (15 minute walk away) – offering a selection of cafés (Little Nan's is a must for breakfast!), more family friendly pubs and sports bars to watch all the sporting action, or brush up on your pool skills, as well as amusement arcades, food venders and shops.
- Chapel Point (20 minute walk in the opposite direction) - again for more eateries (doughnuts and ice creams) and shops for all your browsing needs. There is a Co-Op too.
- The North Sea Observatory - If you like a nice walk and some fresh air, the Observatory is at Chapel Point. It has some stunning views.
There is a bus stop directly outside the site. The buses travel to and from Skegness Train Station regularly, stopping in and around Skegness, Fantasy Island Theme Park and Ingoldmells. There are also buses to Mablethorpe.
