Caravan Description
We have a 6 berth caravan for hire on Eastgate Caravan Park, just a 2 minute walk from Fantasy Island.
The caravan has a large, enclosed PVC decking with parking space available directly outside.
Upon entering the caravan you will find a large open plan living area comprising a lounge with 2 settees, flat screen TV and DVD player and a gas fire, a dining area with table and chairs, and the kitchen, with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and boiler, which heats the water.
Beyond the kitchen is the bathroom which has a shower, sink and panel heater, and a separate toilet with wash basin.
The caravan has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe space and a panel heater, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and panel heater.
Outside there is a large pvc decking with a table and chairs and a bench at the back of the caravan there is a shed which is useful for storage whilst you are there ie pushchairs bikes, etc.
This is a lovely nice clean caravan with very reasonable prices you will not be disappointed with it it has Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing throughout
Parking is next to the caravan
We provide quilts and pillows you will need to bring sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels,
Bedding can be purchased for £15
When you book the caravan there is a £50 deposit to pay within 1week of booking, and then the balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday, if you have to cancel your holiday the £50 deposit will be lost unless I can relet your holiday. also there is a £50 bond to pay on arrival which will be returned the day you leave the caravan if the caravan has been left in good clean condition with no breakages.
to book a £50 deposit is payable and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday prompt payment of the balance is required or the holiday will be cancelled with no refund or unless prior arrangement

This caravan is 2 mins from fantasy island rides and market where there are shops, rides, entertainment, amusements, pubs, cafe's, restaurants, takeaway, all close at hand the beach is within easy walking distance.There are bus stops outside the caravan site taking you into skegness, chapel st leonards, mablethorpe, there is no need to use your car the railway station is a short taxi or bus ride away.
The site is next to the villager pub.
