Caravan Description

As well as the 3 caravans we have listed here we also have another 19 caravans at Butlins Skegness. A number of our caravans are pet friendly and they all include all of the free extras you would expect from our caravans. In the 6½ since we bought our first caravan and welcomed our first guests, our aim has always been to provide as much as we can for a fair price and do everything we can to ensure that your holiday is as stress free as possible. We put our high rate of returning customers down to listening to constructive criticism and suggestions.

2 Adult & 2 Child entertainment wristbands are included in the price of family breaks. Please ask about extra wristbands if needed as the price Butlins charges for wristbands varies depending on age, length of stay and time of year.

For adult only Music weekends, There are no passes included in the price and all guests must have ordered a wristband when booking. These are not available through Butlin's direct or at the gate and if you don't have a wristband pre-ordered when you arrive, they will not let you enter.

With all of our bookings we will ask for a deposit of £75 to secure the dates. There will also be a £100 refundable security bond which will be returned to you after the caravan has been checked and found to be in a good condition.


Now we either own, or look after, 21 caravans at Butlins Skegness and, with the help of our partners, we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service and equipment in all of them. A link to all of the caravans can be found at the bottom.

Our 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan with double glazing and central heating, has a gated decking area with rattan patio furniture and a private tarmac parking space.

On entering you will find a welcome hamper with some essentials and a few treats. The last thing you want after a long journey is to go to the shops for some milk.

In the lounge area there is a smart TV connected to the free unlimited Wi-Fi which has just been upgraded this year to provide even more band width, a Xbox 360 with a selection of games, a smart speaker and various DVDs, books and board games.

On to the kitchen, as well as the items you would expect to find in the kitchen, such as a microwave, we provide all the little things you will need, such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, hand towels and tea-towels, tea, coffee & sugar along with condiments. There is a Dulce gusto coffee machine and a dishwasher (it's mum’s holiday as well).


There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms (there is a pull out double bed hidden in the lounge). Each of the bedrooms have a TV and bedding can be provided free of charge upon request.

The shower room houses a hand wash basin and benefits from a small bath tub with overhead shower, again, we provide toilet rolls, hand soap and hand sanitiser. It also has a separate toilet.

A highchair, travel cot, bed guard and pushchair can be provided up on request. Again, no extra charge. The only thing we do not provide is bath towels.

Payment by instalments can be arranged.

We understand that accidents happen so don't worry about the odd broken cup or missing spoon. The deposit will be retained if guests smoke in the caravan.

Full payment is required 42 days (6 weeks) before your holiday start date.
