We have a spacious 36x12 holiday home for hire. It is fully heated and situated in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk away from the main complex.

Caravan Description
We have a spacious 36x12, 8 berth holiday home for hire on the Parkside area. There is a large gated veranda with a ramp for disabled access. It is fully heated, double glazed and situated in a quiet area just a few minutes walk away from the main complex.
Our holiday home comprises of a lounge with gas fire, 40 inch TV with freeview, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, games & books to keep the kids occupied.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, table top freezer and all the crockery and pots and pans you will need for your holiday. Don't forget to bring your own tea towels etc though. There is also a dining area with ample seating.
There are three bedrooms, a spacious double and two twin rooms as well as a double pullout in the lounge. Don't forget to bring your own bedding and towels or they can be hired for £30 per break. There is a TV in the main bedroom.
The bathroom has a shower and sink and a separate toilet.
There is a parking bay outside and a patio set for sunny days.
A £50 non returnable deposit is required along with a £50 returnable bond in case of loss of keys or breakages. This will be refunded after your holiday if there are no damages. Any damages or problems must be reported on arrival. Balance must be paid 6 weeks before holiday dates, any cancellations after that date any money paid will not be refunded unless the dates are resold. We also accept instalments.
UP TO 2 ADULT AND 2 CHILD PASSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. EXTRA PASSES ARE AVAILABLE.
ADULT BREAKS ARE £100 PER PERSON MIN 4 AND MAX 6 PEOPLE WITH A RETURNABLE BOND OF £100.
All we ask is that you leave the caravan clean and tidy at the end of your holiday, if left excessively dirty you will be charged £30 for the extra cleaning. Have a great time and enjoy yourselves.

About the Area
Butlin's is an all action holiday park with plenty of activites going on for all the family including shows, tots funfair, restaurants, shops and bars and splash waterworld. There is also the fantastic childrens Skypark and a new park last year on the caravan village. It is also just a five minute walk to the beach and a short walk to Fantasy Island theme park and shops where the kids can play while you shop!Prices include gas and electric.
