Caravan Description
Our deluxe caravan on Butlin’s family holiday resort in Skegness, is just a 5-6 minute walk from ‘The Pig & Whistle’, which has your live entertainment on the caravan side, and from there a 1-2 minute walk through the tunnel into the main Butlin’s Resort.
Our caravan is an 8 berth with 3 bedrooms and a pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.
With double glazing, central heating (radiators in every room) and a fully equipped kitchen, this is the perfect family holiday home and ideal even in the colder winter months.
The caravan has its own private hard standing parking space, which is ample for 2 cars.
It has the largest decking on the site, with a 40’ full length side decking leading onto a 14’ x 10’ space at the rear; great to just to chill on the patio set with a cold beer and soak up the sun.
The caravan comprises:
Lounge – providing a true home from home feel, with a brand new fitted L-shape 6 seater sofa (with built-in pull-out double bed), a large wall-mounted TV with built-in Freeview and a central heating radiator for those cosy movie nights in.
Kitchen - fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you require for your Butlins self-catering holiday, including an air fryer, fridge freezer, microwave oven, 4 ring gas cooker/oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Dining - to the side of the kitchen is a free-standing extendable dining table with chairs, where you can enjoy your family meals together.
Master Bedroom – providing that touch of comfort, the master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with mattress protector, overhead storage cupboards, a tall wardrobe, storage cabinet and a Freeview TV.
Twin Bedroom – complete with two single beds, with comfy mattresses and protectors, a bedside cabinet and a Freeview TV.
Bunk Bedroom - the bunk room has a single bed then the top bunk that goes across the bottom end running horizontally the opposite way - under 12’s only or 8 stone max weight on the top bunk.
Bathroom - the bathroom contains a powerful shower, toilet and wash basin with vanity unit and mirror.
Safety - for your safety and peace of mind, the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.

Bookings & Conditions
We provide the duvets and pillows ONLY.
NO bed linen is provided by us, so please remember to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, as well as your own bath towels, hand towels and toiletries.
We require a £100 security/damages bond which will be returned to you within 48 hours of you leaving (usually same day) provided no loss, damage and/or breakages are found and the caravan has been left in the clean condition that you found it when you arrived. Cleaning materials are provided.
