Caravan Description

Our spacious holiday home is for hire at Butlin’s Resort Skegness, it will provide a lovely setting for your Butlin’s break, helping you to make memories you'll treasure for a lifetime.

Our Willerby comes complete with two secure verandas to give extra space and comfort. To the side is a 24ft by 8ft veranda with outdoor table and chairs for up to 6, and to the front 12ft by 8ft veranda with outdoor rattan seating enough for 4 people.

The holiday home has full central heating, double glazing and a feature, electric fireplace in the lounge, so you'll always be cosy regardless of the weather.

The spacious lounge provides ample seating for all the family with a pull-out double bed, a 43" Freeview TV with a Netflix account set up ready to watch, plus a DVD player with a selection of children's DVDs, and FREE Wi-Fi included.
Being open plan, the lounge is next to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your caravan holiday, including a fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven, grill and hob, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.

The master bedroom has a double door wardrobe, overhead shelving, two bedside cabinets and mirror. You have the added benefit of an en-suite just off this room with toilet, sink and mirror.

The twin bedrooms each consist of two single beds, a single wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirror and overhead shelving.

Duvets and pillows are supplied together with mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Clean bed linen is provided on your arrival, please remember to bring your own towels.

The bathroom has a double shower enclosure, sink, vanity unit with shelving and a toilet.


Safety: For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. Please DO NOT tamper with these.


Please note: This is a strictly NON-smoking caravan, and pets are NOT permitted.


Our family friendly caravan also provides the following:
- IKEA highchair, children's plates, cups and bowls.
- Travel cot (no cot bedding, please bring your own).
- Vacuum cleaner, brush and dustpan, hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

Up to four Butlin’s entertainment passes are included in the price, two adults and two children. Infants under 2 do not require an entertainment pass. Further passes for up to 8 people are available for your stay, please note any additional passes to the 4 provided, will be charged extra.

Adult weekends are for a max of 6 people, 4 passes are included in the price 2 additional passes can be purchased with your booking.

We have an off road parking space available next to the caravan.

I have endeavoured to make this a holiday home and not just a caravan. All I ask is that you respect this and leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition, please.
