Chalet 30' x 20' with patio doors leading on to a raised decking at the front. Available for holiday lets.
The chalet has double glazing and central heating and has a newly paved area at the front.
Your accommodation comes equipped with all the home comforts expected:
One double bedroom and one twin bedded room. We do supply duvets and pillows, however we can also supply duvet covers, sheets and pillow slips at an extra cost, these must be booked at the time of booking as we use commercial cleaners and a confirmation email will be sent to you if you require these items.
There is a kitchen/dining area, with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a full cooker, microwave, fridge with a small freezer compartment, kettle and all the utensils one would normally expect.
There is a brand new bathroom (Dec 2021) with access from each bedroom, it comprises of a toilet, shower, hand basin and heated towel rail. You will need to bring your own towels.
The lounge has seating for four and has a LCD/DVD TV with HDMI connection. Also free Wi-Fi connection is available.
Provided for your peace of mind is a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.
Our chalet is very homely. You will be met on your arrival to welcome you.
Your small dog (Westie size) is welcome with prior notice (at our discretion), at no extra cost, but must not be left unattended in the chalet at anytime.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is 11am (please confirm your approxmate arrival time a day or so before).
Parking is available for 1 car only.
Electric and gas are on a coin meter.
