Caravan Description
We have a lovely 3 bedroom caravan on a nice quiet plot close to the amenities on Ocean Edge Leisure Park, with a nice patio table and chairs with parasol to sit out and enjoy the sunshine (when it's here!).
There is adequate parking space for 2 cars at the caravan.
The master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, mirror and small dressing table. There are various power points and a wall-mounted electric panel heater.
The second and third bedrooms have a double/twin beds, a single wardrobe, various power points and a wall-mounted electric panel heater.
There are power points and a wall-mounted panel heater in the hallway too, with space for shoes and to hang up coats/jackets.
The bathroom consists or shower cubicle, toilet, sink and heated towel rail.
Moving through to the kitchen there is almost everything you would use in your own home for cooking tasty home cooked meals. A fridge freezer (or fridge with freezer compartment), kettle, toaster, microwave etc. are all supplied.
Finally, the living room is very spacious with a dining table, TV with Freeview channels, a gas fire, plenty of seating and of course a double pull-out sofa bed. There is also a DVD player provided for your entertainment in the evening (no DVDs so please bring your own!).
Bedding and bed linen is all provided for you and your beds will be made up ready for you on arrival.
If you require the use of a travel cot, it's possible we could source one for you, however we do not have correct bed linen for this so we would have to ask that you bring your own linen in this case.
Passes to use the entertainment facilities on site are not included in the price of the hire. These can be purchased from reception on site and the prices are as follows (as at February 2016):
Monday to Friday - £5 / Friday to Monday - £5 / Saturday to Saturday - £8
These prices are per person (adults and children are the same price, but children under 5 go free). These passes entitle you to unlimited access to use all of the facilities on site. However, there are some activities held that require a supplementary payment; please check with the Teamstars on site.
Bookings
To book you will be required to send a £50 deposit, which is non-refundable. This will become your damage deposit and be returned to you after your departure once the accommodation has been checked and cleaned. It will only be returned if the accommodation is left in acceptable condition, i.e. excessive cleaning is not required and there is no damage, loss or breakages.
Your break should be paid for in full 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Upon booking you will be sent a booking form to complete with our full terms and conditions attached.
Please Note: Reception staff have nothing to do with private lettings and therefore should not be approached unless you wish to discuss something that involves the complex (i.e. to buy passes, opening times etc.). If you have any concerns, we must be your first port of call.

About the Area
Our accommodation is sited on Ocean Edge Leisure Park in Morecambe, which is situated on the beautiful north west coast with absolutely stunning views and even better sunsets.There are many farms, arcades, beaches, shops and lovely nature walks to visit locally, not to mention Lancaster Castle, which up until very recently was still used as a working prison, and many other places such as Happy Mount Park, the Butterfly House at Williamsons Park, plus many more. This is also a fantastic location for travelling a little further afield for a day trip out such as Blackpool (30 minutes south) or the picturesque Lake District (40 minutes north) where you will find heaps of things to do.
