Caravan Description

Thank you for looking at our mobile home to let on Newton Hall Holiday Park in Blackpool, Lancashire.

It is a 32’ x 12’ Belvedere, with 2 bedrooms (sleeping a maximum of 4); one large with a double bed and plenty wardrobe space, and a smaller bedroom with 2 small single beds.

The lounge area is equipped with TV, DVD, free standing furniture and gas fire. There is a field behind the mobile home which is seen through the lounge area window; a lovely view indeed.

The kitchen consists of a full gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, iron, pots pans and utensils. There is also a hoover.

Pillows and duvets are provided in the caravan, but you need to bring your own bed linen and towels.

Outside there is a garden table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is also a large grassed area to the front of the caravan for children to play.

Our mobile home has recently been decorated throughout with new flooring and most of the furniture being new too.

We can offer breaks from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. However, during July and August we only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday.

Please note that leisure passes are not included in our rental price – they must be bought separately from the holiday park Reception.

Location

Newton Hall Holiday Park has many facilities on site, including an indoor bowling alley, a pub, café, chip shop, swimming pool (which has a sauna and Jacuzzi), an amusement arcade, mini supermarket, a fishing pond, launderette and a salon. There is also a large show bar with various live acts at the weekends, and through glass doors to the side of the bar area there is a separate kids’ bar, which hosts kids’ entertainment and discos. There is also a kids’ club during the day - please contact the park reception for details of times etc.
