Caravan Description

Thank you for taking the time to have a look at our holiday home.

This caravan is 40ft x 13ft, with plenty of room inside and out. It is situated on one of the best plots on the site overlooking fields, away from the road, and with plenty of grassed area to the side for children to play safely.

Double glazed and central heated throughout. The caravan sleeps upto 4 people maximum; one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. You will need to take your own towels and tea towels.

We have tried to make our caravan as homely and family friendly as possible and have included a selection of games and DVDs to keep everyone amused.

Also included is a TV with Freeview, DVD player and radio/CD player.
The kitchen is well equipped with an integrated fridge and freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and all cleaning items.

The bathroom has a shower, bath and sink and wc. An iron and ironing board are provided.

There are numerous leaflets in the caravan about places of interest which should cater for all age groups, regardless of the weather!

Bookings & Conditions

A refundable £70 security bond is required, payable with the balance of your holiday, to cover any accidental damage either inside or to anything in the surrounding area outside of the caravan, also to ensure cleanliness. This is returned within two weeks of the last day of your holiday if the caravan is left clean and with no damages.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to secure your holiday. The balance of your holiday is to be paid 3 weeks before holiday commences. If a late booking the full cost of the holiday and the security bond will be due immediately.

Families and couples only please. We are unable to accept bookings from all female or male groups or from persons under 25.

No smoking in the caravan please.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Bookings for full weeks commencing Saturdays are preferred but will consider other commencement dates. A minimum number of 3 nights will be considered. During July/August only bookings of 1 or 2 weeks will be accepted unless dates required are still available nearer your preferred date.

Please note the maximum number of occupants in the caravan is four.

Please bring own towels and tea towels.

The caravan is available between 2.00pm and 5.00pm on day of arrival, departure is no later than 11.00am.

Gas and electricity is included in the hire price.

Caravan hire price does not include club or swimming pool passes. These, if required, are available from Reception on arrival at the park.
