Our 35' x 12' static mobile home has a spacious lounge with gas fire, separate dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite door leading to the family shower room, and a twin bedded single room.

The home benefits from double glazing, electric heating in the bedrooms and a gas fire in lounge, ensuring you are kept warm in the colder weather.

There is a hard standing car parking space to front of the caravan.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the club house on site, or you can pay up to £12 for a week's Wi-Fi use in the caravan.

There is a travel cot and a highchair available at no extra cost. However, cot bedding is not supplied.
If either of these items are needed then please could you request them at time of booking so we can make sure they are in the caravan for you to use.
There is also a washing machine available for your usage in the outside storage; a key will be provided for this. However, washing powder is not provided.

A short flight of steps with a handrail leads to the entrance door to the caravan.

This is a very well-equipped caravan. We like to make our guests feel welcome by making sure there is a complimentary bottle of wine as well as tea, coffee and milk.

In the lounge there is a flat screen TV with built-in DVD and Freeview, a retro games machine with selection of games to suit both young and old, a video player with selection of children's videos and a micro stereo which plays CDs and cassettes.

There is also a pull-out, double sprung bed in the sofa for extra sleeping capacity.

A selection of board games are also provided, suitable for both adults and children, plus playing cards in the cupboard in the lounge for all of our guests to use which ensures your time spent within the caravan is as enjoyable as that spent outside.

The fully equipped kitchen has a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge with small internal freezer, toaster, sandwich toaster and all the conveniences of home. Cleaning materials, tea towels and dish cloths are also provided.

The master bedroom, with en-suite door into the shower room, includees a flat screen TV and DVD player, plus plenty of hanging and storage space. There is also an iron and ironing board provided, along with a hair dryer. A wicker picnic hamper is stored in one of the wardrobes, which you are more than welcome to use for days out if you wish.

The twin bedded single room has full wardrobe hanging and storage space and a selection of board games.

The shower room has a large glass door shower cubicle, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Duvets, duvet covers, pillows and pillow cases are all supplied at no extra cost, with the beds being made up for you before your arrival. A hand towel and bath towel per person is also supplied at no extra cost.

There is unlimited hot water on demand provided by a gas boiler. Gas and electricity are included in the rental price too, so there no hidden extra charges to pay.

Our mobile home is situated in an extremely good position close to all amenities, but is set in a peaceful position overlooking farmland and open fields and offers fantastic views. The leisure complex is just a short walk away.

You have your own large private, secluded and flat garden with outside lighting, a gas BBQ and a paved patio area with table and chairs. Take in the breathtaking views while children play safely.

For your safety there is a talking smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector fitted, along with a fire extinguisher.

All you need to bring is your own food and yourselves, then enjoy your holiday - we hope you have a pleasant holiday experience.

Our caravan is available for renting from 1st March until 30th November every year.

We offer short breaks, mid week breaks and a full week breaks throughout the season. The full week breaks are from Saturday to Saturday, but we can accommodate other start dates. For more details please get in touch.

About the Area

You can get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life here at Steeple Bay in Southminster.

Steeple Bay Park is one of the hidden treasures of the south east of England and has access to the Mayland Creek with its own private slipway for jet skis and boats. There are a huge amount of activities that you can take part in, or if you prefer you can relax in the riverside bar. You can have a dip in the swimming pool with your children or you can relax in the pool whilst the children have fun with Loopy and his friends around the Park.

Steeple Bay is the perfect place to be if you and your family want a relaxed getaway from the usual busy pace of life. You can watch the boats and yachts go by, which is a very relaxing therapy from the stresses of the modern lifestyle.

The park has a paddling pool for the younger children to have fun in and a heated leisure pool for older children and adults, which gives a perfect combination for all the family.

The Park's entertainment venue is a great way to end a fantastic day, with live music and shows in the busier periods of the season.

What's On In The Area

The medieval town of Maldon is a short car journey away and has lots of restaurants and shops on offer, as well as market days on a Thursday and Saturday. It is famous for the Hythe too as this is the home of some of the remaining Thames barges. Maldon has a wide range of activities on offer and a wide range of places to visit for all the family. It is also very well known for its promenade park that was originally created on the River Blackwater's bank more than a 100 years ago. This is very popular with visitors and the park has playgrounds and other children's activities including the popular splash park; it is the centre of summer fun. Maldon museum is by the gates of the Park and has the history of local social and industry on display, which is not to missed as it is an education for all the family and very enjoyable.

There is a seal colony at Steeple Bay, which can be seen from the Park without having to leave and children and adults alike love watching these fascinating animals as they play, dive, jump and swim; you will be hooked fore hours watching them. It is very therapeutic and calming as well as exciting as they all have their own characteristics and it is amazing to see them in their natural habitat.

There is a farmers' market at Burnham Carnival Hall every 3rd Saturday of the month.

The seaside town of Clacton is a 30 to 40 minute drive away, where there is a whole host of places to visit and things to do for the whole family of all age groups.

Southend is only a short drive away where you can find the historic and famous pier, and enjoy all that has to offer for all the family.
