This is a very happy, sheppy sunshiny chalet refurbished to a very high standard with double French doors leading out to a large green space for your children to run and play. It is situated on Isle of Sheppey Holiday Village in the nostalgic Leysdown-on-Sea seaside village.

This sumptuously clean chalet has a spacious living area with a large L-shaped sofa for the family to relax on with a wall mounted TV (should you need it). The double French doors lead out to a large, open, green space.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need a cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, air fryer, iron and even a washing machine. There is also a rotary line outside.

Both bedrooms have a double bed.

The large family bathroom is also very clean with a shower.

We have one designated parking space.

I am hoping to have Wi-Fi installed at the chalet soon.

Location

You will soon discover that there truly is something for everyone in the child friendly, bustling Leysdown.

The club house on this site has an action on Saturdays for all who have an eye for a bargain! There is a small charge to use the swimming pools.

The local clubs welcome all to use of the facilities. Paradise club over the road has bingo, Motown nights and Caribbean food, so delicious, over the weekends.

The Arcades provide endless hours of entertainment for the young and old. The beach is also accessible from this area, providing endless hours of fun crabbing, metal detecting, dipping in the sea or just walking the dog in the fresh sea air, just what the doctor ordered for stress relief.

Leysdown Coastal Park is adjacent to the sea wall at Leysdown on the eastern coast of the Isle of Sheppey.

Why not take a walk along the coastal wall with great views and lots of wildlife to see.

A cycle route runs from Leysdown to the Isle of Harty Church and Swale National Nature Reserve. The Nature Reserve has the feel of a remote wilderness. It is accessible from a number of footpaths, bridleways and nearby cycle routes.

Leysdown is a small but lively seaside resort, the beach is mainly shingle, with some stretches of sand, lots of shells and shallow waters that are great for paddling.

It is also a famous landmark in aviation history. At the beginning of the 20th century the American Wright Brothers, pioneers of early flight, made the Isle of Sheppey a focal point of British aviation.
