We have an Atlas Concept, 39ft x 12ft, extra wide caravan with all the features you would expect from such a high specification holiday home.
This privately owned caravan has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing holiday, which includes a 42" HD Freeview, flat screen TV in the lounge also a blue ray up scaling DVD player. plus an additional high spec Freeview TV with DVD player in the master bedroom.
There is double glazing and central heating to all rooms and a feature coal effect electric fire in the lounge area.
The kitchen has a built-in fridge and freezer, with a 6 ring "Stoves" gas hob and cooker, a microwave and all the amenities you would expect from a top of the range caravan such as this.
The furnishings are of a high standard, throughout both the lounge and dining area.
This holiday home has one double bedroom (master with king size bed and en-suite bathroom) and a further twin bedroom (2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a double). It has two WCs, one with a large shower enclosure and one with a bath and overhead shower. The lounge also has a pull-out double bed which sleeps 2 comfortably.
The caravan is sited on one of the Park’s premium sites and also has a veranda decking that overlooks the Dungeness Nature Reserve and is sited beside one of the park's lakes. From the caravan there are spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Reserve.
Refundable deposit is taken on booking and refunded on checking the caravan.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated on the popular Park Resorts holiday park in Romney Sands, New Romney in Kent, which has a wide range of facilities for both old and young alike.The Park is situated right next door to one of the best sandy beaches in the UK.
The facilities on site include:
Heated indoor swimming pools; Children's play area; Crazy golf; Club house (dining area and bar); Pub with Sky Sports and serving pub meals; Entertainment club (kids' club and adult entertainment day and night); Arcade - amusements and pool tables; Fishing lake (fishing license required); Classic restored small gauge railway (station on the park).
In the surrounding area there are a large number of National Heritage sites within close commuting distance of the park.
The Channel tunnel is not far away if you fancy a day trip to France - but don't forget your passport!
