To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
‘Peach Chalet’ is a dog friendly chalet for hire at Sandown Bay Holiday Centre; a quiet Park situated at the far end of Sandown Bay, boasting outstanding views. The site is just a short walk from the stunning and dog friendly Yaverland Beach.
The chalet has one double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom. Both bedrooms have a modern, wall-mounted electric heater for the colder months and beds are made up for arrival.
Price includes return ferry crossing travelling with Wightlink. This is the Portsmouth to Fishbourne crossing or the Lymington to Yarmouth crossing. Availability of preferred crossing times does get trickier in the school holidays, so best to book as soon as possible.
The chalet has been recently redecorated with a modern beach feel, is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a 32” Smart TV, with access to streaming apps.
Within the open plan living room and kitchen is a large sofa and dining table for two. In the kitchen is a hob/oven, air fryer, kettle and toaster. Salt and pepper, oil and the usual kitchen cleaning bits are provided too, so you don’t have to eat out all the time.
The bathroom is a good size and is comprised of a toilet, sink and large walk-in shower. Hand towels are provided, but please bring your own large towels.
Location
Sandown Bay Holiday Centre on the Isle of Wight, doesn’t have any facilities on site, but is a simple and relaxed place from which to explore the Island. With direct access to the coastal path, you are able to walk down towards Sandown or walk up towards the Culver Down, for spectacular views and a stop at the Culver Haven Inn.
A must to visit is the Wildheart Sanctuary, which is extremely close; you may even hear the lions! Their rescued primates, lions and tigers are beautiful and not what you expect to see on this small, beautiful Island. There are Keeper talks throughout the day, and it will only cost £1 for a return visit within a week. I would recommend doing a morning and an afternoon visit during your stay.
The Isle of Wight has so much to offer. I live locally and I can make personal recommendations, so please feel free to ask.
