Caravan Description

Lovely 35’ x 12’ Willerby Rio caravan, complete with sea views, now available for your next holiday rental at Sandhills Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight. It offers itself as an ideal place to base yourself to explore this gem on the south coast.

Sandhills Holiday Park is a quiet, family run park on the east side of the Island near the village of Bembridge, with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach and coastal path.

The main lounge is spacious with ample comfortable seating, a coffee table, electric fire and a 24” flat screen Freeview TV with in-built DVD player. The dining area has a corner seating section with two additional stools to use. There is also a selection of books and games for your use.

The kitchen has a full-size gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, along with ample cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery.

The caravan sleeps six and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a pull-out double in the lounge. The main bedroom comprises a double bed, large wardrobe with draws under, bedside tables and storage cupboards over the bed. It also has en-suite facilities, with a WC and wash basin. The second bedroom has two single beds, plus a wardrobe and storage space. Both bedrooms (and the pull-out bed) come complete with duvets and pillows. However, you will need to bring your own covers, sheets and pillowcases.

The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin and WC.

Parking is right next to the caravan, with space for two cars.

Also provided for your convenience is an iron, ironing board and a hoover. At the back of caravan is a washing line and clothes pegs are provided.

The caravan is fitted with central heating and double glazing.

Water, gas and electric is included in the rental charges.

The only thing you have to remember is to bring your towels, tea towels and bed linen for the beds - then just RELAX!


Booking Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required (plus a security deposit of £50) is required upon booking. Assuming there is no loss, damage and/or breakages, the security deposit will normally refunded within 7 days of your departure.

A booking form and Terms & Conditions form will be sent to you and the requested dates will be held for 7 days until the signed forms are returned and the security deposit and non-refundable deposit are received.

We request all payments, including deposits, are made by bank transfer.

Lettings are Saturday to Saturday. However, in low season where possible, we will look to accommodate shorter or mid week stays.

Please Note - the minimum stay is 3 nights.

The caravan is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the decking.

Pets are not permitted on the caravan park (site policy).

In hiring the caravan, you are expected to adhere to the regulations of the Park.
Location

On Sandhills Holiday Park you will find a shop selling all basic provisions (magazines, confectionery, etc.), a launderette and small children's play area for our younger visitors.

There is free Wi-Fi on site too.
