This lovely holiday park is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with private access to a beautiful sandy beach with rock pools. It has stunning sea views and pine trees where the islands red squirrels can be seen.

Main double bedroom has a large wardrobe with drawers, lots of floor space around the bed and has an en-suite toilet with washbasin.

The second, twin bedroom has a good sized wardrobe and drawers, it has plenty of room between the beds. In the living room there is also a double pull out bed if you need it. Travel cot and picnic set provided.

Pillows and duvets are provided. You will have to bring your own bed linen, including bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels, and loo rolls.

The bathroom has a shower and wash basin and there is a separate WC with washbasin.

Also available is buckets, spades and extra chairs for your use. There is a washing line provided at the rear of the caravan. New for 2016 we have full decking on the front and side of the caravan, and will come with a patio set and parasol. Our home benefits from having a large grass area in front for children to play safely.

All gas and electric provided free of charge.

The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet part of the park.

The caravan is strictly no smoking. And if caught Smoking in the caravan this will invalidate your stay with immediate effect

No dogs/pets are allowed on site or in the caravan

Our Willerby caravan has full gas central heating in all rooms but also has oil filled radiators if you prefer and is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy your holiday. It is carpeted throughout, with hard flooring in kitchen and bathrooms.

Living room/dining area is spacious and comfortable and fully equipped with a 32" LED TV and DVD player, a radio, PS3 games console, DVDs, books and games, all provided for you to use.

The kitchen is fitted with full size gas cooker and separate grill, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, pots, pans crockery, cutlery, utensils, a range of glasses and a Tassimo coffee machine. There is an iron, ironing board and hoover provided.

If you want to hold any week I would require a non-refundable deposit of £100.00,
with the remaining amount to be paid six weeks prior/before going into the caravan, however if after paying the outstanding due amount should you cancel within that six week period then the Full Payment Paid will also be Non Refundable.

However, depending on the availability I may beable to move you to a different time slot which may incur a small charge, depending on the time you require you could then use the full amount already paid against a new time depending on availability.

A bank transfer is required to make any payment and confirmation on receipt will be given please do not hesitate the contact me for further information

About the Area

The site benefits from a very well stocked shop selling everything from newspapers to toys, drinks, food etc. There is a laundry room (tokens available from the shop) a children’s play area. The famous Wonky cafe is located on the beach just 2 minutes walk from the site and provides hot and cold drinks and food to eat in or takeaway.

Approximately 10 minute walk from site is a bus stop where the no.8 bus will take you to Ryde and Shanklin.

The village of Bembridge is only 2 miles away. Sandown and Ryde are approximately a 10 minute drive. Culver Down overlooks the site, taking a walk up the Down with its spectacular views is a must, I think.

The culver Inn pub awaits you here and also an ice-cream shop for the children. About a 20 minute walk from the site is the Propellor Inn, situated at Bembridge airport.

There is a large Tesco superstore nearby between Bembridge and Ryde.
