Caravan Description

May 2017: We upgraded our caravan and the photographs are on my advert.
Only 10% or £50 deposit/ booking fee whichever is higher.

RED FUNNEL ferry from Southampton to East Cowes, ( times subject to availability) now included on all holidays, (Please note a surcharge of £40.25 is payable for crossings between 09.00-16.30, on each crossing, due to Red Funnel charging extra for Peak Time crossings)
Wight Link ferry from Portsmouth or Lymington, (times subject yo availability) is now included on all holidays. No surcharge for travelling during Peak Times.
If ferry is not required price will be reduced accordingly.

We are pleased to offer a 7 night luxury caravan holiday staying in our, 2017 ABI Harewood, platinum, 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan, at Park Dean's Lower Hyde Holiday Park in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight.

The caravan is on a premium pitch with private parking next to the caravan, with decking and outside seating.

All electricity and gas is included in the price with unlimited usage.

The caravan has:-
48 inch flat screen TV
DVD player, with a small collection of DVD's
Feature electric fire in lounge
Combi microwave oven, grill.
Fan oven
Large fridge freezer
Built in dishwasher
All in the fully equipped kitchen.
The bed in the front room is a proper bed with a proper mattress that folds out from the wall.
Patio doors opening out onto a Decking area with outdoor seating.
A small book library, please feel free to borrow or swap for one of your own that you've read.

The caravan offers central heating in each room.

The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms both with full sized 3ft wide single beds and a pull-out bed in the front room.

Quilts and pillows and bed linen all included, with required beds made ready for your arrival - all included in the price.

There is a shower room and toilet and a En-suite toilet in the double bedroom.

Please note: Towels, tea towels and oven gloves are not provided.

Access is at any time after 2pm by way of a key safe; the number is changed after each let, so no queuing at reception and also means you could use cheap ferry crossing if you want to use wight link instead of the included ferry with Red Funnel and arrive after reception has closed.

The caravan must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow for cleaning.

From ferry to caravan is approximately 20 mins.

Bookings.

A £50 or 10% whichever is greater deposit/ booking fee secures your holiday, with the balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday. (Please note the deposit/booking fee is non-refundable / transferable unless I am able to re-book the week as this covers admin costs and secures the date for you). Due to distant selling regulations you have 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund, after that cancellation fees apply.

An interest free payment scheme is available if required - please feel free to text, call or e-mail for details.

Nights can be variable - less or more that 7 nights. (Except during school holiday, when it is 7 Nights Saturday - Saturday)

A £100 damage deposit is also required 2 weeks before your holiday. This will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for damage/missing items or keys, (all of which is chargeable). Your deposit will be refunded a week after your holiday.

Any damaged / missing items in excess of your damage deposit will also be charged to you.

When you have paid and returned a completed booking form you will be sent a receipt as confirmation of your booking.
The booking form, along with the site's Terms & Conditions will be emailed to you if you would like to book.. The booking form must be returned within 7 days of receipt or I reserve the right to cancel your booking. In signing the booking form you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
