Caravan Description
Our beautiful static caravan holiday home for hire on Shorefield Country Park, is ideally located close to the New Forest and only and few minutes from the scenic coastal town of Lymington. It is also only a short walk from Milford on Sea beach.
In our welcome folder you will find brochures for a large number of great days out for the family.
As part of your holiday you will be able to use Shorefield Country Park's excellent facilities, which include: indoor and outdoor pool; a large gym; table tennis; tennis and football pitches; a playground; shop; restaurant and pizza take away etc.
In addition, Shorefield provides an entertainments programme for guests’ enjoyment. ENTERTAINMENT PASSES & OUR OWN WIFI ARE INCLUDED in our rental prices, although there is a small additional charge for use of the football pitch and tennis court. There is also Reflections Day Spa where you can book treatments and be pampered, also at an additional cost.
In our holiday home you will benefit from being in a quiet location, yet only a short walk from everything you need.
We think you will enjoy staying in our lovely holiday home, which has recently been refurbished with new carpets, sofas, dining table and chairs.
It is available to hire from the middle of February throughout the year to early January, on a weekly basis. It is also available for short breaks (Friday to Monday & Monday to Friday) - please enquire about availability.
Our 2 bedroom caravan is a real home from home; comfortable and well equipped to a very high standard.
The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and large, fully fitted wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom comes equipped with a WC and sink. In the second bedroom there is a wardrobe and the twin single beds can combine to make a double bed if required.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
The additional shower room has a fully screened shower with WC and hand basin. A bath mat is provided.
There is a spacious kitchen, which has a gas cooker with hob, overhead cooker hood, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full set of kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, cutlery, saucepans etc. There is also an iron and table top ironing board.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. There are also 2 folding chairs available in case of additional dinner guests.
The living area has a central pillar, which separates the kitchen and lounge and which houses the flat screen, Smart TV (with integral DVD). In the living area, there is also a variety of board games and DVDs for all ages. The lounge is modern and very light and airy. There is a coffee table and two sofas in the lounge, one of which is a sofa bed.
From the lounge, French doors open directly on to the large decking area where you will find a dining table, chairs and parasol for when you dine outside or simply just want to enjoy the sunshine. As the decking area is secured it is ideal for young children and dogs.
Our holiday home benefits from full double glazing and central heating. Gas and electricity is included in our prices.
A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted for your safety and peace of mind.
There is a car parking bay suitable for two cars.
We provide our own Wi-Fi for guests' use. This is provided in addition to Shorefields Wi-Fi.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are very welcome, with no extra charge for their stay.
This is strictly a no smoking caravan.
We would respectfully request that all clients provide their own tea towels and towels.

About the Area
Shorefield Country ParkOur beautiful holiday home is situated on Shorefield Country Park, which is set in 100 acres and has a 5 Star rating due to its amazing facilities and cleanliness. Whether you want to just relax, take part in the park facilities or visit the coast and New Forest, or enjoy one of the many and varied days out, there is something for everyone.
The clubhouse features bars, eateries and regular entertainment for the whole family. The leisure facilities at Shorefield Country Park are excellent, providing activities for all the family. Leisure activities include a small stocked fishing lake (rod licence required), nature activities in the nature centre and a leisure club featuring heated indoor pool, games room, sauna, steam room and spa bath. There is also a fully equipped gym, beauty spa and hair salon.
Also on site there is an outdoor pool, table tennis tables, tennis courts, sports court and crazy golf. Other facilities include a Spar shop, which is well-stocked with groceries, souvenirs, DVD hire and a launderette.
There is regular evening entertainment too and reception will advise you on the entertainment programme each week. In addition, a children's club operates during holiday seasons.
The surrounding area is very picturesque. It can be enjoyed by car, or open top bus in the summer, but it is perhaps best enjoyed by taking one of the many walks or by following the cycle paths. You can enjoy seeing at close hand the ponies, deer and other animals that wander free through the New Forest.
There are so many different types of day trip to be enjoyed from this central base. Paultons Park with its featured Peppa Pig world is very popular. Other well-known attractions include Beaulieu Motor Museum.
Why not take a day trip to Guernsey from Poole, or to the Isle of Wight from Lymington. In addition to the local beach, you can visit the sandy beaches at Bournemouth and Mudeford. There are also numerous country houses and gardens such as Exbury, Mapperton and Wilton to be enjoyed.
In contrast, there is water sport tuition at Christchurch where you can try kayak, paddle board and wind surfing tuition, or just hire them out if you have more experience. Alternatively, explore the lovely local towns such as New Milton and Lymington, and visit the market and many shops.
There is certainly plenty to be enjoyed and you will be spoilt for choice!
