DETAIL FOR 2025
Our luxury Beachcomer holiday home 39ft x 12 ft was new in February 2018. It is situated in a cul-de-sac on Shorefield
Country Park, with a beautiful garden and next to a bank of trees. 5 minutes walk to the Entertainment Centre and the outside pool.
The caravan is a 15 minute stroll from the beach at Milford on Sea and a 5 minute drive from the New Forest.
Our holiday home is double glazed and fully central heated; ideal for out of season breaks.
It comprises of 1 double bedroom en suite and 2 twin bedded rooms, served by a shower room/toilet. All three bedrooms have cupboard storage space and the double bedroom has a large wardrobe and flat screen TV.
The lounge provides a large, built-in corner sofa and an additional single armchair.It has a 37" flat screen TV with Freeview, Blu-ray and DVD player.

Double doors open out onto a south facing veranda with garden furniture. Dining table and chairs.
Our modern kitchen has a fully fitted gas hob and oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. All cooking utensils, crockery and initial supply of washing up liquid, soap and cleaning products, is provided. There are laundry facilities on site (chargeable).
The dining area has a table that seats 6, with 4 chairs and 1 bench seat.
Gas and electricity is included in the hire price. Bed linen and tea towels are also provided, but clients must bring their own towels. There is a hair dryer for your use too. WINTER HEATING SURCHARGE. NOV, FEB & MARCH £2 a night may apply.
Car parking for 2 cars is conveniently adjacent to the caravan.
Before you arrive, the caravan will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. If your booking is for 2 weeks extra bed linen will be supplied but the caravan will not be cleaned.
Our normal changeover day is Friday and we offer 3, 4 and 7 day breaks. However, out of the main season we are more flexible and can offer alternative availability where possible.
Prices quoted are for up to 4 occupancy. 5 and 6 occupancy available.

CHRISTMAS or NEW YEAR 4 night breaks for up to 6 £680 (£170 a night)
Dogs accepted £2 a night.
2 NIGHT WEEKEND OR MIDWEEK BREAKS from £300
WINTER HEATING SURCHARGE. We reserve the right to charge a extra £2 a night for Nov - March bookings
