Our 3 bedroom caravan is a real home from home, comfortable and well equipped to a very high standard. It is available to hire from the middle of February through to early January, we offer long weekends, full weeks, multiple weeks or anything in between.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and oven, integrated microwave and full size fridge freezer and we've just added an airfryer. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools. We provide the kitchen essentials i.e. washing up liquid, soap, cleaning products, foil/cling film and table condiments/sauces along with tea, coffee and sugar. There is also an ironing board and iron.

Just off the kitchen is the dining table with 4 chairs.

The good size lounge provides 2 comfy sofas; one 2 seater and one larger corner sofa. There is an electric fire, wall mounted 43" Smart TV, Wii console, Xbox 360 and an Alexa smart speaker along with a selection of books, DVDs and board games for both adults and children and also toys for the kids.

French doors lead out from the lounge on to the wrap around gated decking area, south facing with patio furniture.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV with firestick and walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. A hairdryer is provided.

The twin rooms are very similar with 2 single beds and one wall mounted wardrobe in each.

There is one bathroom with large shower, wash basin, toilet and storage cupboards and also another separate toilet with wash basin and storage cupboard.

Our holiday home benefits from full double glazing and central heating, gas and electric are included in our prices. A smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted for your safety and peace of mind.

Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen can be supplied for a small additional charge.

Towels and tea towels are NOT provided.

There is parking for 2 cars alongside the caravan.

Booking:

A £75 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. If the dates are less than 8 weeks away payment in full will be required. A £75 damage waiver payment is payable per booking, this is refunded with 14 days of departure subject to our terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions

1.0 Authority to Contract.
You certify that you are over the age of 21 years; and will be a member of the party occupying the holiday accommodation; and are authorised to agree these booking conditions on behalf of all members of your party so as to bind all of you by them and so that each of you shall be jointly and severally liable for your obligations under the contract.

2.0 Deposit & Payment
A £75 non-refundable deposit is required per week upon booking, the remaining balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the hire period. If you fail to make the payment by the due date and no reply is received from our reminder we may treat you as having cancelled your booking and no refund of your deposit will be given. If the holiday is less than 8 weeks from the date of booking then you must pay us the full balance of the holiday at the time of booking. Any bank fees incurred by yourselves as a result of any payments made to us are your responsibility. An additional £75 damage waiver payment will also be required before the start of the holiday. This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure at the owners discretion on condition that the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage (please also see clause 5) and no other terms of hire have been breached. Any bank charges incurred by ourselves when refunding the damage waiver payment will be deducted from the damage waiver payment.

3.0 Bookings
Bookings will only be accepted from family groups and responsible couples. Once the booking is in existence you cannot transfer your holiday to anyone else or change it (including the members of your party) without prior agreement with the owners. The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of 6 people. No single sex groups, parties of unaccompanied teenagers, or all adult groups under the age of 21 accepted. In the event of a double booking through owner error, every attempt will be made to find and offer alternative accommodation within the same park and caravan class if available. If this is not possible a full refund of, and limited to, all monies paid including deposit shall be given.

4.0 Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation taking place after receipt of the balance, we reserve the right to decide what refund, if any, shall be made. The person making the booking will be held liable to reimburse us for all losses and expenses as a result of the cancellation. In the event that the owner cancels the booking due to the caravan being unavailable for reasons beyond their control all attempts would be made to offer alternative accommodation within the same park and caravan class, if this is not possible a full refund of, and limited to, all monies paid shall be given

5.0 Accommodation
Please remove dirty footwear when entering the caravan. Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan (non-compliance will result in the hirer’s full damage waiver payment being retained). The holiday home must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure, all kitchenware (including oven trays) must be washed and put away. All rubbish must be taken to the nearest outdoor bin. You will be responsible for all damage done or loss sustained during your stay. We or our authorised representatives may enter the accommodation at any time for any reasonable purpose. If we need to do so we will give you as much notice as possible, except in an emergency.

6.0 Park & Club Rules
You and each member of your party agree to abide by the park rules and regulations laid down by Shorefield Country Park.

7.0 Disabled Persons
Shorefield Country Park is suitable for disabled guests; further information can be obtained at www.shorefield.co.uk.
Note: this accommodation is not suitable for wheelchairs.

8.0 Pets
Pets are not permitted within our caravan at any time (non-compliance will result in the hirer’s full damage waiver payment being retained).

9.0 Arrival & Departure Times
The caravan will be available from 2pm on your arrival day. You should vacate by 10am on your departure day and return the keys to the lock box, failure to leave by 10am will incur additional charges from our cleaners which will then be passed on to the hirer by way of deduction from their original damage waiver payment. Please ensure that all your personal belongings are removed from the caravan on your departure, we cannot be held liable for any items that are not removed.

10.0 Behaviour
You must comply with decent standards of behaviour during your stay and must show consideration for other persons on the park as stated in the terms and conditions of Shorefield Country Park. Excessive noise will not be tolerated after 10pm or before 9am. If we or the park feel your behaviour is unsatisfactory you will be asked to leave the caravan and the park immediately. In these circumstances we will treat your booking as having been cancelled by you and no refund will be given. If you or any person for whom you are responsible causes damage to any property on the park, you must pay such sum as necessary to make good the damage or loss including any sums we may expend in compensating other people.

11.0 Vehicles
There is parking for your car alongside the caravan; parking on the grass or in between holiday homes is not permitted. There is a 10mph speed limit on the park. No sign written vans or motorcycles are allowed on the park without the express written permission of the park manager. Go peds or electric scooters are also not permitted. Please beware of young children.
Do not charge electric vehicles from the caravan, there are charging points outside the clubhouse.

12.0 Leisure Club / Swimming Pools
Non-swimmers and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the Leisure Club and outside pools. During busy periods, there may be a restriction on the time you can spend in the swimming pools. A £1 deposit may be charged for wristbands. Please make sure that all babies and non-toilet trained toddlers wear swim nappies. You must follow the procedure for the use of the swimming pools and all the separate rules applicable to the pool. These are displayed in the pool areas and are also available from the park reception.

13.0 Children
You are responsible for the welfare and behaviour of any members of your party who are under the age of 18 years. You must ensure that a responsible adult accompanies children under 8 years at all times. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in some licensed areas of the club. Some of the Leisure Club facilities are not available to children under 16. Please note that under 7’s must be accompanied by an adult when attending Cyril and Cybil entertainment and children’s club. Ball games are not permitted by the park in the areas between and around the accommodation.

14.0 Inclement Weather
You will not be entitled to any refund as a result of inclement weather conditions.

15.0 Complaints
Any complaints you have with any aspect of your holiday should be notified to us as soon as possible whilst you are on holiday so that we can resolve the problem, preferably while you are still on holiday with us. We will not be able to consider any request for refund/compensation if we have not been made aware of your complaint at the time and noted your comments

16.0 Liability
We shall not be responsible for any loss that you may suffer as a result of any act or omission by any person who is employed by us. We do not accept responsibility if you suffer illness, injury or death on holiday. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for your personal belongings whilst they are on the Park.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notification.

This agreement is personal to the parties named in the booking and is non-transferable.
