At Oak Tree Lodge we include all passes for our guests.

If you would like a peaceful quiet and relaxing break at Shorefield Country Park, then our lovely lodge is for you.

Oak Tree Lodge is both spacious and comfortable and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the stream and open field.

We are situated under the shade of the oak trees, with dappled sunlight coming through to the decking area in the summer months. We are in the enviable position of having only eight lodges in our cul-de-sac, thus keeping cars to a minimum.

The lodge has a large decking area, complete with table, chairs and new rattan furniture where you can sit and have a quiet drink under the shade of the trees. We have a parking space outside the front door, which is available for our guests. There's also space for deckchairs and sun beds.

Our comfortable lounge has a 49” TV with DVD player and FREE WI-FI. There's also a flame-effect electric fire with surround, which heats up very quickly, along with new, comfortable furniture. There are plenty of books, DVDs and games for you to enjoy too. Patio doors lead onto the large decking area which overlooks the stream and green fields.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, to include a full size gas cooker, five burner hob, washing machine, American-style fridge freezer, built-in microwave, kettle and toaster. All pots, pans, cookware, crockery and cutlery are included. So too is all cleaning products. Tea bags, coffee and sugar are in the kitchen cupboard for your use.

We have a dining table and four comfy chairs in the dining area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted mirror wardrobes and a dressing table. An iron, ironing board, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner can be found in the wardrobe for your convenience. It also benefits from having an en-suite with small bath and overhead shower, a toilet and hand basin.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a fitted wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bed linen is included and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Sorry, but we do not supply towels.

With full gas central heating and double glazing to keep you cosy and warm in the winter months, our lovely Shorefield Country Park lodge is a real home from home, with all your needs catered for.

Bookings & Conditions

NO smoking/vaping and NO pets allowed.

A deposit of £100 (non-refundable if your booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of your stay) will be required. This will be deducted from your final payment, which must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

A security bond of £100 will also be required. This will be refunded within a week of your departure, once the lodge has been checked over and no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.


Location

Shorefield Country Park is an ideal place for young and old alike. It offers heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, Jacuzzi and gym, along with a newly refurbished bar and restaurant with a large entertainment complex (arcades, football court, tennis courts).

The entertainment is a great mixture of singers, cabarets and family entertainment for the evenings.

There is a small fishing lake on site just a five minute walk from our lodge, where you will find carp, roach and rudd.

We are within walking distance of the beach and Milford on Sea village, where you'll also find an array of pubs, bars and restaurants. There are some other lovely beaches in the area too.

Just outside the Park entrance is a bus stop, with services taking you to nearby Christchurch, Bournemouth, Lymington and surrounding areas. There are also three open top buses which stop on the site throughout the summer months, for tours of the New Forest.

The New Forest is a short drive away, where ponies, cows and horses run free. You can enjoy lovely walks in the area.

Chewton Glen Hotel, Rhinefield House, Burley Manor Hotel and Carey’s Manor Hotel are ideal places for a gorgeous afternoon tea with beautiful grounds.

Highcliffe Castle is close by, with its wooded walks. Beaulieu Motor Museum and Peppa Pig World are not too far from Shorefield either.

If you fancy a day on the Isle of Wight, just a twenty minute journey will take you to Lymington where the ferry will take you over to Yarmouth and this gorgeous Island.
