Caravan Description

Fabulous, privately owned 38ftx12ft, two bedroom, 2021 model Sunseeker Spirit static caravan on Hoburne Naish.

My holiday home is mainly used for myself and family but is available to let when vacant. If you are looking for a spring or early summer break please get in touch for prices. Please note that availability is for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday only.( sorry, May half term is now booked).


The caravan is situated on Field Place; a quiet area of Hoburne Naish, yet only a short walk from the beach, cliffs and site amenities. Hoburne Naish is ideal for families and couples alike.

Sleeping four guests, the two bedrooms comprise a master bedroom with king size double, TV with Freeview, DVD player and en-suite toilet, and a twin bedded bedroom.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

Within the kitchen diner is a dining table with four chairs, a full size cooker, built-in dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The open plan lounge area offers a free standing sofa and armchairs, wall-mounted electric flame effect fire, wall-mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. French doors open from the lounge onto a spacious wraparound deck, with gated steps leading down onto the green. There is a large patio dining table and chairs on the deck for al fresco dining. The decking area has an open outlook onto the large green space and faces south west, so gets all day sunshine and fantastic sunsets in good weather.

There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafés etc. within walking distance of Hoburne Naish, but for the full holiday experience Hoburne Naish has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, toddler splash pool, restaurant, cafe, bar and The Venue offers daytime and evening entertainment.( subject to Hoburne Naish's entertainment programme). Hoburne Naish require you to buy a pass at a cost of £50 for the week.

Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the Park.


Bookings & Conditions

Our caravan is strictly no pets and no smoking.

A non-returnable deposit of £100 is required upon booking. The remainder is payable 30 days before your day of arrival.

Along with my family, I use the caravan outside of the dates advertised, but please do ask if you require an alternative week as the caravan may be available.

Location

Hoburne Naish is ideally situated right on the coast between Barton on Sea and Christchurch, and is a friendly holiday park with many guests returning year after year.

The site has its own gated access down to the beach, (not flat access, so maybe unsuitable for some) from where you can walk along the beach front to Highcliffe Castle and beyond. Avon Beach, Mudeford and Christchurch are only a short drive way.

A second private gate provides access to a cliff walk towards Barton on Sea.

The New Forest is right on the doorstep too, with wonderful wildlife and opportunities for walking, cycling and great country pubs!

If you choose to buy the Hoburne Naish pass, the whole party can use the on-site bar, café, restaurant, entertainment venue, pools and the gym. Some activities may have to be booked in advance at busy times, so please check with the Reception desk.
