Welcome to our beautiful, 2023 lodge for hire on Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, situated within the new development of Sunset Cliffs, located just 100 yards from the cliff top.

Lodge Description
Our brand new, 2023 holiday lodge at Hoburne Naish offers a private driveway for two cars, and is just a 5-minute walk from the beach via the private footpath and gated access. It is also within a 2-minute walk of the amenities.
This double glazed and central heated lodge on Sunset Cliffs, has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, flat screen Smart TV, twin wardrobes, a dressing table and plenty of storage, along with an en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin and storage. The second bedroom has two full size single beds, a good size wardrobe and storage
The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin and storage.
We have a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, with a dining room table and 4 chairs. The kitchen comprises a gas range cooker, full size fridge freezer, full size larder, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, coffee machine, pots, pans, corkscrew, masher and everything in between!
The home-from-home lounge has a twin seat sofa, which incorporates a sofa bed, and two single armchairs. It has an electric log effect fire, a 55" wall-mounted Smart TV with surround sound, and a Blu-ray DVD player.
The south-facing decking area has outdoor furniture, including a 6-seater table, chairs and parasol.
This stunning, holiday lodge is equipped with double glazing throughout and full gas central heating. It also has a Velux window in the kitchen dining area.
There are USB points in every room and private, premium Wi-Fi.
Bedding will be made up on arrival and towels will be included.
Please note that entertainment passes are NOT included. These will cost an additional £55 per family of 6 for up to 1 week, and we can arrange these on your behalf if required.
We kindly ask all guests to be courteous to our neighbours regarding noise pollution, and to abide by the lodge rules.

About the Area
Our lodge is located on the new development of Sunset Cliffs on Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, which is close to the amenities, including the indoor and outdoor heated pools, crazy golf, arcade, soft play, football/tennis court, and bar/restaurant facilities.We're a short walk down to the private beach via a footpath located on the site.
Barton on sea is situated next to the Hoburne Naish Holiday Park, where you can find some lovely places to eat, including Cliff Hanger, Beachcomber and Pebble Beach.
Mudeford is a 5 minute drive away, which is a favourite for crabbing, along with Avon Beach.
Christchurch is a further 10 minutes down the road, with Bournemouth and Poole 25 minutes away.
Popular attractions such as Paultons Park, Beaulieu Motor Museum and Marwell Zoo, are only a short drive away.
