Caravan Description

Our 3 bedroom Willerby Rio (2012) located on Parkdean’s Hayling Island Holiday Park, is situated in a quiet location with only one caravan either side of us and backing on to the dog walking field.

We have owned the caravan for 3 years and this is the first year that we are renting it out.

The caravan is fully double glazed and has central heating radiators in each room.

It is fully equipped to sleep 2-8 people, and has one double bedroom, two twin bedded bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge area.

There is a main shower room with toilet and wash basin, along with a separate toilet with hand basin.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge area is open plan, with the kitchen being fully fitted and offering lots of cupboard space.

Outside we have decking to the door area and parking for one vehicle alongside.

Parkdean’s Hayling Island Holiday Park

Hayling Island Holiday Park is located about 5 minutes away from the beach and funfair, and within walking distance of the Lidl supermarket.

Bookings & Conditions

Covid-19: Please note that due to government guidelines, facilities on site may be restricted. All customers are expected to adhere to a number of key points to maximise safety whilst on site.

Bookings for same sex groups will not be accepted under any condition. Please message to enquire about any pets.

The caravan is strictly no smoking and all holiday makers are expected to complete track and trace app for Covid19, as we want to keep all our rentals safe.

Entertainment passes are at an additional charge for each member of the party over 2 years of age. Please enquire at time of booking. These passes will be required should you wish to use any facilities on site.

Hayling Island Holiday Park is a Parkdean site with plenty on offer to keep the family entertained. Facilities on site include:

The park just a 5 minute drive away from the beach and the fun fair.

Hayling itself is surrounded by countryside and the sea. Portsmouth and other cities are a drive away. There is a bus stop outside the park that travels south towards Hayling Beach and a bus that takes you into Havant and to the nearest train station. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby to the park and other shops a drive away.
