Welcome to our three bedroom family caravan that has beautiful views of the lake from the lounge and decking, we are located on the Mallard Lake area of Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park in Cirencester, Gloucester.

Welcome to our cosy and comfortable family caravan, located on the Mallard Lake area of Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park - with views of the lake from the lounge and decking, a really relaxing place to be.
It is only a couple of minutes’ walk to the shop, clubhouse, swimming pool and all the other facilities on offer at the park.
This is a 3 bedroom caravan, with a roomy shower room, as well as an additional toilet and washbasin. All bedrooms have fan heaters. All linen and towels are supplied and the beds are made up for you on arrival.
Equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer compartment, full size electric oven & hob, toaster, kettle and microwave.
A spacious lounge with a large corner sofa, a smart TV, access to Wi-Fi, a fire, as well as a table for dining.
The decking at the side of the caravan offers a sunny spot to sit on, with outside table and chairs, and a parasol for shade if you need it.
Bookings
We ask for a £150 deposit; this is refundable upon inspection of the caravan after your departure.
Club passes are required to use the facilities at the park. The costs of these is in addition to the rental which will be confirmed at the time of booking (2024 season prices are £55 for a week for a party of up to 6 or £28 per night)
Our breaks are advertised as Monday-Friday - 4 nights. If you require longer, or want to stay over a weekend, please enquire as we can be flexible. We do ask for a minimum booking of 3 nights.

About the Area
Located in the Cotswolds Water Park, the site has all the facilities you would expect, with plenty to do. Entertainment for children and adults, bar, restaurant, newly refurbished indoor pool, outdoor pool (not open all year round), shop, laundrette, fishing and pedalos.There are plenty of watersports opportunities around the park, as well as the inland beach just up the road.
If you want to get out and abouts, Cirencester is only a ten minute drive, with its historic church and museum and lots of bars and cafes to watch the world go by. Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold and Chipping Norton (home to Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm) are all worth a day out. If you want some retail therapy, visit Cheltenham or the Swindon Designer Outlet Village.
Whether you use it as a base for touring and watersports, or a relaxing break on the site, we are sure you will enjoy the break.
