Caravan Description
The caravan is situated on the Naze Marine, a Park Resorts site in Walton, Essex.
This is a spacious 6 berth, 38ft by 12ft 2010 caravan consisting of 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe, tall boy chest of draws and TV with Freeview. There is an adjoining door to the main bathroom (Toilet, Shower, Sink). 2 twin bedroom with wardrobes.
There is a separate WC consisting of a toilet and sink.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all usual kitchen accessories including all cleaning products as well as an iron and ironing board!
Dining table seating for 6.
The living room has plenty of seating, a 32" flat screen TV with built in Freeview and DVD player a gas fire and coffee table. There is a selection of dvds and games available!
The Caravan is double glazed and has central heating with timer!
This a spotlessly clean and tidy modern caravan.
Outside there is raised decking area with table and seating for 6. Outside shed for storing cases and beach equipment ect.
All bed sheets are supplied FREE OF CHARGE unless request discount for bringing own bedding.
Club passes are not included, but we can arrange them for you!

About the Area
The Naze Marine Entertainment area has just been renovated and lots more thing for kids to do.Park facilities include indoors swimming pool, shop, adventure playground, poolside ocean cafe bar, takeaway, Marine Park entertainment centre, amusements and a launderette. Lots of new exciting things have been added to the site so loads more fun for your holiday.

Kids clubs for 5-11 year olds can join Sparky, Sparkle, Naarky, Pipsqueak and the rest of the gang to enjoy a fun packed programme of entertainment and games. 'The Mix' is great for teenagers.
There's evening entertainment for adults and kids with everything from cabarets and bands, to theme nights and family shows, games and competitions.
Locally
Off site there is Walton pier with rides, amusements and bowling alley, a local swimming pool, small skateboard park, playground, basketball courts, lovely beaches with cafes and beach huts, and Walton tower and shops.
Nearby is Clacton pier and Colchester zoo.
