Caravan Description
Walnut Way is a new caravan, 2 bedrooms main with en suite and TV. Twin beds in second bedroom and sofa bed in lounge.
Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. In the lounge there is a 40" TV and DVD. The kitchen fully equipped full size oven, hob and fridge freezer.
Gated side decking with table and chairs.
BOOK EARLY for SCHOOL HOLIDAYS to avoid disappointment
Towels supplied but bring your own for beach and indoor heated swimming pool.
Roomy shower with second toilet.
Own parking space next to caravan.
Walnut Way is a home from home and offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, full size oven and gas hob with extractor fan and all you need, including washing up liquid, tea towels and a scourer.
Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are ready for your arrival.
Side decking is gated ideal for small children and man's best friend .
complete with table and chairs and sea view. Within the lounge there is a large TV and DVD player, along with a dining area that seats 4.
The roomy king size bed in the main bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and an en-suite. There is also a separate shower room. Beds are made ready and towels supplied but, bring your own for the beach and indoor heated swimming pool.
The caravan has carpets and radiators throughout, along with an electric fire in the lounge for extra winter comfort.
Its own parking space is next to the caravan.

About the Area
Mersea Island Holiday Park is situated right on the coast and has a country park adjoining, so lots of country walks to be had.Colchester University 15 mins, ideal for visiting your children when studying away from home.
On site there is a clubhouse with entertainment, an indoor heated swimming pool, lovely children’s play area and large field for ball games or flying a kite. There are daily activities for children during school holidays too. Extra things are available like zorbing and snorkelling for a small fee.
Amazing play park at Cudmore Grove.
Locally there is a foot ferry to Brightlingsea, boat trips at West Mersea, local oyster restaurants and a vineyard.
Colchester zoo 15 mins away
The historic town of Colchester is only 15 minutes away, where you will find a castle and so much more.
Tiptree Tea Rooms are also 15 minutes away; home of Tiptree Jams.
