Lodge Description

A LUXURY holiday Lodge with FREE WIFI throughout and close to Clacton-on Sea's lovely beaches! Our 40ft x 20ft wide Platinum Lodge on 'Highfield Grange Holiday Park' in Clacton-on-Sea boasts full central heating, double glazing & also air conditioning which is lovely in the summer!
It has 2x large bedrooms (a double & a twin), the master bedroom comes with an ensuite and both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes.
Our Lodge is very close to the main entrance and all the entertainment areas.....but not too close, which is great!!!

We use it a lot as a family, so you will find it well maintained and much loved!! It is situated on a great corner plot, with its private parking space and not overlooked.

The Space:
- An extremely spacious 40ftx20ft wide Lodge with FREE WIFI throughout and all the creature comforts from home.
- It has a fully fitted and stocked-out kitchen with a handy AIR-FRYER, fridge, freezer, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine and dishwasher.
- You have your own private parking space adjacent to the Lodge.
- Tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, hand-wash, bedding, towels and toilet paper are all supplied ready for your arrival.
- In the lounge we have Freeview on the TV, plus a DVD player with a selection of DVD for your pleasure.
- Please note that the 2 'single beds' referred to in the lounge are actually ‘fold-up Futon Beds’ and they are ideally suited for children.
- Through the patio doors you will find lovely outside decking to be able to chill-out and lounge around.
- The lodge is fully double glazed, has full central heating and also an AIR-CONDITIONING unit, which is invaluable in the summer!!
- As well as the family bathroom, there is also an en-suite to the master bedroom,.
- There are large walk-in wardrobes in both bedrooms.

The Location
- 'Highfield Grange Holiday Park' is, in our opinion, the best holiday resort in Clacton, Essex by far! It is a very well looked after holiday park with 24 hour security and all year round entertainment and is only a short distance from all the Clacton seafront attractions and historic pier.
- There’s a bus stop at the site entrance if needed, which has you on the beach front in approximately 5-10 minutes.
- There is a convenience shop on site, but just a short 5 minute walk away there is a large Tesco, a Pizza Hut, a KFC and more.
- Guests have free access to most of the on site amenities and activities, which include the Boat House Bar & Restaurant, an all-weather sports pitch, Amusement Arcade & fruit-machine room and outdoor kids playground areas etc.

Please Note :
- If you want use of the swimming pools/water-flumes and also to enjoy the fantastic evening entertainment at the clubhouse (March-October only) you have to buy 'Entertainment Passes' from Reception which are very reasonably priced.

Bookings & Conditions :
- We ask for a £100 deposit to secure the dates. This is refunded once an inspection has been made after you leave.
- We really do love & enjoy staying at our Lodge and want our guests to do so too! Please leave it as you find it for us or the next family to enjoy!!
- Check-in is 3pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am, but these can be flexible on request.
