This luxury, double glazed and central heated caravan has a modern and contemporary style, with spacious living area, fitted kitchen and good size bedrooms. It comprises
Living Area
The real home from home living area includes a 40" flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player, very modern sofas, wooden blinds to the windows, a gas fire and pull-out sofa bed.
Kitchen/Dining Area
There is a dining table with four chairs, a full size fridge freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave and everything else you will need in kitchen.
Bathroom & Toilet
Here you will find a toilet, shower cubicle with thermostatic shower and a wash basin.
Main Bedroom
This room is larger than normal and offers a king size bed with plenty of storage above the bed, two large wardrobes with shelving inside and a dressing table with stool and lights above. There is a toilet off the main bedroom, with a wash basin.
Twin Bedroom
The twin bedroom is a good size and has two single beds, a wardrobe and storage over the beds.
Outside
Our caravan is on a sought after pitch, on which we have a patio area with seating and a large grassed area for children to play.

All quilts and pillows are provided.
Entertainment passes are not included in our prices.
This is a strictly a no smoking caravan.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your stay.
A £75 security bond will also be required (payable with the balance), which will be refunded after stay your providing no loss, damage and/or breakage have occurred and everything has been left as you found it.
We cannot accept responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage during your stay.
No single sex parties.
Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in caravan, otherwise the insurance is void.
The lead person making the booking must be over 21 years of age at the time of booking.

About the Area
Weymouth Bay Holiday Park is a Haven site with plenty to do day or night. On site you will find heated indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river and lots of water activities such as fun inflatables, aquajets and lots more.Also on site there's the Sportszone with football, archery and fencing with trained coaches, and an outside play area situated next to it. For all your meals there's the Oasis Bar with sun terrace that overlooks a large play area, allowing you to have a meal and drink whilst watching your children play. The Show Bar is where all your entertainment will be, including Rory and Bradley and plenty of live acts. Bingo also played most nights.
Other facilities on site include a shop with bakery, a launderette and cash point machine.
Just outside the site you will find plenty of shops and pubs, as well as a bus stop right outside.
You also have the added bonus of Seaview Holiday Park next door, which is our sister site so you have two sites for the price of one!
The nearest beach is Bowleaze, which is about a ten minute walk away. Here you will find a fun fair shop and cafe.
The Sealife Centre is just 5 minutes away (well worth a visit) with Sandworld next door.
Weymouth is 5 minutes away by car, with its lovely beach bars, cafés and the beautiful harbour.
Situated on the Jurassic coast, Lulworth, Durdle Door and Monkey World are not far away. The beautiful Portland Bill Lighthouse is a must too, if you can manage all the steps to the top.
