We are pleased to offer this immaculately presented, 3 bedroom Victory Torino holiday home in the White area of the highly sought after 5* Waterside Holiday Park & Spa in Weymouth, Dorset.

The holiday home has gas central heating and double glazed windows throughout.

This contemporary style holiday home provides accommodation for up to 8 people, spread over 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms with wardrobe facilities (1 double with en-suite toilet, 2 two twin bedrooms) and a pull-out double sofa in the living area.

The open plan kitchen/dining area benefits from a family dining table and chairs; a full size fridge/freezer; microwave/combination oven; gas oven and grill with 4 ring gas hob and extractor fan over; toaster and kettle; iron and ironing board; plus a hoover, clothes airer and pegs. All glassware, crockery, cutlery and even the kitchen sink is included!! Additional extras include washing up liquid, a dishcloth and salt and pepper.

The living area comprises of a wraparound corner sofa with pull-out double bed, 32” Samsung Digital Smart TV with Freeview, free Wi-Fi and an electric fire.

The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

Outside we have a full length decking area with lockable gate, along with a table and chairs provided for al fresco dining. There’s also parking for two standard size cars. Extra parking is available in the secure car parks, which are just a short stroll away at the entrance of the site.

Duvets and pillows are provided, complete with protectors. Bed linen is not provided.

A cot bed is available upon request.

The rental price includes the Waterside entertainment passes, gas and electric however, should you require passes for the Pool and Spa or Wi-Fi, these are available at Waterside reception for an additional charge.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon booking. This will be taken off of the final balance, which must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Please Note: Waterside is a family holiday site and will not accept any single sex groups or commercial vehicles on site.

Location

Waterside Holiday Park & Spa is a 5 star Premium site adjacent to the beach in Bowleaze Cove; a beautiful area of Weymouth.

Facilities on site include 2 heated indoor pools with slides; a heated outdoor pool, kids' splash pool and toddler pool; a fully equipped gymnasium and state-of- the-art spa with sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool and treatment room (charges apply for the Spa complex).

The Waterside Venue has a full programme of nightly entertainment with a first class restaurant. Separate to this building is the Sports Bar (with free Wi-fi), a coffee shop and diner with a large indoor soft play area.

Also on site is a launderette, Spar shop with bakery, Take Away and a regular bus service into town.

New to the site is the all-weather football pitch, which holds a popular soccer school programme throughout the summer months.
