Welcome to our superb, double glazed, centrally heated holiday home situated on a lovely elevated pitch at the 5* Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa in Weymouth, Dorset.

To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Our lovely caravan is a 2 bedroom, 6 berth, 2016 Victory Torino. It consists of:
*A double bedroom, twin bedroom and a pull out bed in the lounge area. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and cupboards, with plenty of storage space
*Main shower room with shower, toilet and sink
*Toilet room with sink and toilet
*.Kitchen/dining area with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cooker, kettle, cutlery, crockery etc., along with a dining table and
chairs.
*Lounge area with comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, games and a selection of DVDs
*Outside is a decking area, a table, chairs and BBQ.
*Next to the deck is a parking area for two small vehicles.
Our prices include passes to the entertainment hall, gas, electricity, duvets and pillows.
Please note that passes to the pool, pool area, sauna and gym are NOT included.
We DON'T provide bed linen, towels or tea towels.
From October 2023 it’s mandatory for a copy of the fire risk assessment to be in the caravan. This can be found in the tall boy cupboard to the left of the sink. The Fire Safety Action document can be found on the wall, to the left as you enter the caravan. When you arrive please can you read this carefully.
Whilst we regularly check the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, for your safety, please can you check these on arrival.
Booking
* £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is deducted from the full amount.
* The balance is due 6 weeks before your arrival date. When the balance has been paid we will send you a key release form for you to show to reception on arrival.
* £100 deposit for damage/breakages is required at the time the balance is paid (6 weeks before arrival). This is refunded as long as the caravan is found in a satisfactory condition with no loss, damage or breakages, when checks are made on your departure, however we reserve the right to withhold some or all of of the £100 deposit. and or the hirer for additional cost of :
Replacing and repairing all damage and breakages.
Charge for any extra cleaning of the caravan, removal of stains or replacing as new.
* Any cancellation or change of booking must be made in writing to us beforehand. Cancellations made before full balance, only the £50 deposit s forfeited. Cancellations after the full amount paid 50% will be forfeited. if cancellation occurs within 7 days of your arrival all monies will be forfeited.
*If in the highly unlikely event we have to cancel your holiday we will refund all monies you have paid for the renting of the van, however we're not liable for any other third party expenses eg. insurance premium etc.
Terms & Conditions
* Strictly NO smoking/vaping inside our caravan or on the decking.
* Strictly NO Pets/Animals are allowed in our caravan as some of our guests have severe allergies and respiratory disorders.
* This caravan is advertised as a 6 berth. it has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, this must not be exceeded. Please note the
6 persons include children.
* Only persons named on the key release form can stay in the caravan. Over occupancy isn't tolerated and you will be asked to leave the van with no reimbursement of any money paid, this includes the damage/breakages deposit.
* Minimum age of lead person staying must be over 21 years..
* You agree not to do anything considered to cause an nuisance or annoyance to any other occupier of neighbouring caravans.
* Two vehicles maximum allowed on tarmac next to caravan. no commercial vehicles allowed next to holiday homes.
* Please note Waterside has park rules. Major incidents will not be tolerated and may result in guests being asked to leave the
park. No refunds will be made if you or anyone in your party have been asked to leave.
* We do not allow charging of electric or hybrid cars from the caravan electricity supply. Ask at reception with regards to the special charging units on site.
* Please turn off cooker, fridge and put the heating back to frost mode. See thermostat above heater in lounge. leave fridge and
freezer door ajar.
* In the event of any maintenance problems please contact us as soon as possible. The guest or hirer must not under any
circumstances carry out any repairs. This could effect the damages deposit.
* Waterside Holiday Park Owners and Caravan Owners DO NOT accept liability for any loss or damage to guests/hirers property
and / or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases arising from the hire of the caravan..
* Please ensure the caravan and the area surrounding the caravan is always kept tidy.
* Please leave dirty footwear, prams and pushchairs outside of the caravan.
* Please when using the barbecue keep it away from the van.
* No single sex parties - Waterside is a family site.
On Departure
* Remove all of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for any of the guests lost or damaged property
* Ensure all rubbish and recycling is disposed of in the correct way, using the appropriate bins in one of the collection points.
* Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may affect the damage deposit

Location
Our gorgeous holiday home is situated close to all the excellent facilities at the wonderful 5* Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Weymouth in Dorset, and is about a 5 minute walk from the local beach.
Bowleaze Cove is approximately 1.5 miles from the seaside town of Weymouth, where there's plenty of shops and a long stretch of sandy beach. A bus service runs every 20 - 30 minutes from the park, depending on the time of year, taking you into Weymouth town centre.
Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa prides itself on its excellent facilities. These include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and for those who are looking to chill out, a sauna, steam room and spa that offers a range of treatments. The outdoor pool has a sunbathing terrace with solar panel roofing. Step inside to the sports bar that hosts a restaurant, arcade and children's soft play area. For those who still like to keep fit whilst away there is a gym. The entertainment hall provides entertainment for the kids and a cabaret and bingo for the adults. There is a small fairground and children's play area. a terrace where food and drink are served over looking the picturesque bay where a couple of water sports are offered. if you fancy traditional fish and chips there is a takeaway, On site is a Spar shop for those essentials and a laundrette.
There is plenty to do for all ages, whatever the weather in and around the area. Monkey World, Portland Bill, Nothe Fort, Sea Life Aquarium and boat trips around the Jurassic Coast to name but a few. For a wider range of ideas see the stand in reception.
