Caravan Description
Welcome to our family orientated, 3 bedroom Willerby Richmond caravan situated on the 5 star Waterside Holiday Park and Spa.
It is an 8 berth caravan with one double and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ample storage, and the twin bedrooms are ideal for teenagers or small children. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. A travel cot, bed guard, highchair and changing mat can be supplied at no extra cost. A hairdryer is provided in the bedroom.
Our caravan is situated on the 'White' area of the park, on the level and central for all amenities.
It has heaters in all rooms and a gas fire in the lounge area. The bathroom has a large walk-in power shower and basin, with a WC in a separate room.
The lounge, dining and kitchen areas are very modern and open plan. The dining table will seat 6 to 8 for meals.
The caravan has everything you will need for a wonderful holiday. In the fully equipped kitchen there's a full size cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. In the lounge there's a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.
Outside there is a picnic table and a wooden bench for al-fresco dining. Beach chairs and a windbreak can also be provided on request. Under the caravan is a box full of goodies for children to borrow (buckets, spades, bats, balls and crabbing equipment).
Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen is not provided, but can be supplied at a small additional charge. Please bring your own towels.
Our hire price includes Waterside entertainment passes, gas and electric. However, the pool/spa and Wi-Fi have a small additional charge.
Booking
This is a family site and no single sex groups or commercial vans are allowed.
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival date.

About the Area
Waterside Holiday Park is a family site. The many amenities include: Indoor/outdoor heated pools; Gym, sauna, steam room and spa; Restaurant/take away; Spar site shop; Launderette; Children's entertainment and soft play area; Bar and large family entertainment centre.The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away, which has its own leisure centre etc. (charges apply).
A regular bus service into Weymouth town centre and beach is available from the site.
A short drive away is the island of Portland. Monkey World and Bovington Tank Centre are close by.
Bournemouth Poole and Swanage are within an hour of the Park.
You can also take the ferry from Weymouth to Jersey and France (don't forget your passport).
