Our Brand New 2024 holidayhome, Is A STUNNING 40ftx12ft Willerby GAINSBOROUGH, it has THREE bedrooms, and sleeps up to SIX people. It is situated on a lovely end pitch GOLDEN CAP 14 (ORANGE) , It has an EXTRA WIDE LARGE side decking area, which gets the sun all day and evening, with lockable gate to keep the children safe. So you can relax and enjoy those lovely sunny days and evenings.

The BEDROOMS. The master end bedroom has a 5ft KING SIZE BED with a comfortable upgraded mattress, bedside cabinets each side, a large built-in double wardrobe with drawers underneath, coat-hangers, and a dressing table with stool and lightup mirror, also a wall mounted Smart TV. It also benefits from having an EN-SUITE toilet with WC and hand basin, cabinet with mirror, towel hooks, and completed with a heated towel rail. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have two twin beds, all four beds are of equal size each. Each of these bedrooms have, electric sockets with USB charging points, over bed cabinets, wardrobe hanging space with coat-hangers, plus a mirror.
TVs are fitted on the wall in ALL 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom TV is a Smart TV.
The beautiful fully fitted KITCHEN includes, A gas oven with separate grill, and fitted microwave all in an integrated unit, a five burner hob, integrated fridge freezer, full size DISHWASHER, a pull out full height larder storage, and lots of kitchen cupboards, 4 slice toaster, kettle and a full inventory of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.

Inside the front-door you will find a useful shoe storage unit, with coat-hooks above.
In the LOUNGE your will find a fitted lounge wall unit with a 40" LG Smart LED 4K TV connected to the free Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. A large L shaped sofa, two stools, and a coffee table. Full Gas central heating.

The DINING table has four chairs, the two lounge stools may be added to seat 6.

The family SHOWER ROOM has a toilet, shower unit, towel hooks, a bowl shaped wash basin on a unit, bathroom cabinet with mirror, and lots of storage space for toiletries. It also comes complete with a heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE
We are situated on a lovely end pitch in a quiet section of the park, with an extra wide, large side decked area that gets the sun nearly all day and evening. It comes complete with a table and six chairs.

Our holiday home also has its own tarmac parking space alongside.

Bookings & Conditions

To book, a refundable security deposit of £100 per week is required. This security deposit will be returned to you after your holiday upon a satisfactory inspection of the holiday home, as long as no damage, loss and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean. This is to provide a full inventory and maintain standards, so everyone can enjoy their holiday.

The full holiday cost must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.

Duvets, pillows, mattress and pillow protectors are provided. But we do not provide bed linen. You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Or bed linen can be hired in advance from JDC cleaning solutions.
Gas and electricity are included in the hire price.

Silver Passes for all the entertainment venues are included free, Passes must be shown, but with Silver passes there are charges at the swimming pool and leisure centre if you wish to use it.
Gold Passes that includes the Swimming pool and leisure centre, can be purchased on booking in advance, at the discounted rate of £70 per booking for 2025 , normal price on arrival at the pool is £120.

Wi-Fi is now free, and it has been upgraded throughout the whole park.

No more than SIX adults, children or babies, in the TOTAL number, for your booking and stay.
FAMILIES ONLY. NO GROUPS ACCEPTED AT ALL.
STRICTLY NO DOGS allowed at our holiday home.
Cars only are permitted to be parked at the holiday home. Electric cars must be charged at the Waterside Holiday Park charging points only, and NOT at the holiday home.

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park insist that vans can be unloaded at the holiday home, but then MUST be parked in parking spaces at the front of the Park.

Location

Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa is a 5* family holiday park in Weymouth, Dorset. It has excellent facilities for a fun packed holiday with excellent daytime activities and full evening entertainment.

Situated right beside the beach and with plenty of places to visit nearby, Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa is ideally situated.

A bus service runs from the park into Weymouth every half an hour.
