Caravan Description

Our holiday home at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park is in a very quiet location, is not overlooked and benefits from having the sun on the decking all day. It’s also just a short walk from Reception and the on-site amenities.

The caravan is central heated and double glazed, with the added luxury of a dishwasher and built-in sound system.

We have a veranda with a table and 4 chairs, plus a lockable gate if you have young children playing outside. There is also parking for one or two cars, with additional parking near Reception.

The accommodation consists of a central lounge and kitchen/diner, double bedroom with an en-suite toilet and sink, two twin bedrooms plus a family Bathroom with shower.

The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa with scattered cushions, coffee table, additional heating of an electric fire, 43” smart TV, DVD player, with an excellent Wi-Fi router.

The kitchen/diner has a table and seating for 4 people. The fully fitted kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The utility cupboard in the kitchen area has a small vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan & brush, outdoor airer/ washing line

Double bedroom has a small tv, two wardrobes, with a mirror, and plenty of additional storage

The two twin bedrooms each have a wardrobe and additional storage. There is also a travel cot, available on request.

Both shower rooms have an electric shower, toilet, sink, plenty of cupboard space.

Please Note:

We allow 1 small breed of dog, that we must be made aware of, we will consider a larger dog but a deposit is required. Dogs must be kept in the main lounge area of the caravan, and please re-frame from jumping on the couch. We also ask that dogs are not left in the caravan alone for a long period of time.

Duvets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels are not. To save you the inconvenience of bringing your own bed linen this can be hired just ask.

Included in the rental is a Bowleaze Cove Silver pass giving you access to the Venue and Sports bar. Passes are not included for the swimming pool, but can be purchased either daily or weekly at Reception. Alternatively a Gold pass will give you and your family access to the pool and gym for 2 nights £30, 4 nights £35, 5 nights £44, 6 nights £55 7 or more nights £60 please ask if you would like us to bool one for you.

We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the dates you require. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

An additional £100 refundable security deposit is required, which will be returned after the caravan has been inspected following your departure, and everything found in good order.

No charging permitted of electric vehicles from caravan, charging bays are opposite Reception. No BBQ on decking or near it and no E cigarettes to be left charging at night when van is empty

Terms and conditions:

Bowleaze Cove is a family holiday site and will not accept any single sex groups or commercial vehicles on site. This caravan is only available to rent to families whose occupants are minimum age 21 plus children. The original booking price quoted is always the full and final settlement cost.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings if the the terms and conditions are not adhered to.

Civil proceedings may be issued in the event of any damage costs over and above the £100 security deposit.
