Caravan Description

Our spacious 42x14ft caravan at Rockley Park Holiday Park, has patio doors at the front that lead out to a veranda where you will find patio furniture and great views over Lytchett Bay and the Boat Park. There is also a patio area to the side of the caravan, which has also has a table and chairs.

Coming inside the caravan there is a large living room, which has a wall-mounted 32" TV with DVD player (DVDs available for the children), an electric fire below and a leather three piece suite with foot rest to sit back and relax on, the patio doors then take out on to the gorgeous veranda.

In the very spacious kitchen diner there is a large fridge freezer, gas oven, grill, integrated microwave, large washing machine and a dishwasher to save on the washing up. The caravan also comes equipped with a toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. The wooden dining table and chairs has seating for six people.

There is a good size family bathroom which includes a bath with overhanging shower, heated towel rail, large sink and toilet.

The three bedrooms consist of two twin bedrooms both with TVs and plenty of wardrobe space, the beds can be pushed together to create a double if needed. A spacious master with a double bed, memory foam mattress and an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom also includes a TV as well.

The caravan boasts central heating and double glazing throughout for those colder mornings.

Parking is available for 2 cars, one either side of the caravan. We also have a corner plot which means we have a nice sized lawn for children to play on.




Bookings Conditions

NO smoking / vaping inside the caravan

Entertainment passes are NOT included, but can be purchased from reception.

Pillows and quilts are provided, but NOT bed linen, so please remember to bring sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases with you.

Check in time is from 3pm

Check out time is by 10am

A £100 security deposit (refundable) will be required to cover any loss/damage of items and if the key is not returned.

Cancelation within 6 weeks of the holiday start date will result in the loss of any monies paid.
