Lodge Description

Stood on the prestigious Pine Ridge, our holiday lodge has unarguably, the best view Rockley Park. Sit on the large decked area for an uninterrupted view of the sun setting after a day at this award winning Park.

Our beautiful holiday lodge on Rockley Park, offers full panoramic views of Rockley Beach, Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and nearby nature reserves.

Our lodge offers a no expense spared stay for guests, with a fully fitted kitchen and appliances including a coffee machine, gas hob and washer/dryer.

We also offer a large outdoor dining area with coal BBQ overlooking the beach.

Check in after 2pm. Check out before 10am.

We have double glazing, gas central heating, parking for two cars, and are just a short walk from the on-site amenities and less than a minute to the beach.

On entering the lodge, you will be greeted by a large dual aspect lounge, with sliding French doors opening out onto the decking.

In lodge Wi-Fi supports all three smart TVs, with access to Amazon, YouTube and many more apps to entertain you. There are 3 flat screen TVs in total, each with HDMI hook-up for devices. The main TV in the lounge has an optional external HDMI cable running from the opposite wall near the sofa. There is a DVD player behind the sofa should you need it

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday self-catering needs, with black bags, washing up liquid and toilet rolls supplied too. The shop is a short walk away should you be low on supplies though.

The master bedroom houses a king size bed with luxury foam mattress, extra blankets for those cold evenings and plush pillows. Adjacent to this is an En-Suite, with a bath and over head shower.

The second bedroom has twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space.

All bedroom linen, kitchen utensils and crockery is supplied.

We have provided a BBQ on the main deck that you’re free to use. There is also outdoor dining furniture, but please cover the outside dining table when not in use as the pigeons in the trees above tend to poo all over it!

We welcome you with a box of necessities on arrival, including tea, coffee, sugar and milk.


Important Notes

• Dogs - please remember that any damage/cleaning incurred is your responsibility
• Towels - please bring your own towels as these are not included
• Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Most of the lodges around you are
occupied by owners most of the year, especially in season.


Location

Rockley Park has plenty to choose from for food and entertainment. Park passes are not included in our price, but these are available to purchase from Haven on arrival.

For the kids, there is:

• 4G, 5-a-side football pitch open to guests in-front of the owners lounge on Napier Road. You don’t need a play pass for this
• Large arcade in the main entertainment and restaurant area, which doesn’t require a pass
• Huge sports zone complex with trampoline bungie, basketball, bowls, football, climbing wall, archery, crazy golf etc etc.. These activities need to be booked from the office near the entrance to the shop - you can’t miss it
• Ranger and wildlife education activity centre
• Kids’ playground built on a huge sandpit on the beach behind the beach café.


On site Restaurants & Entertainment

. Dance Hall - The park boasts a wide range of entertainment in the main hall which also has a very large bar and lots of seating - Book in early though to avoid disappointment

. Mash & Barrel - There is a restaurant called the Mash & Barrel near the arcade which looks out onto both indoor and outdoor pools. There is a large balcony which is nice in the summer months

. Sports Bar - There is a sports bar on site, which shows the major sporting events and is usually quieter than the other main bars/restaurants

. Papa John’s Pizza - Rockley has its own branch of Papa John’s pizza on site which is excellent. They also deliver to your door!

. Fish and Chips - There is a fish restaurant on site with outside seating, which is lovely. You can have take away fish and chips from here, but there is a wide selection of takeaways in the surrounding area too

. Beach Café - There is a great little beach café just a 30 second walk from the holiday lodge you on the beach itself near the children’s playground. They sell Costa Coffee, cakes and some food. Seating inside and out
