This is our beautiful, privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 13' x 40' Swift Moselle Lodge, positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac on the prestigious Harbour View area of Rockley Park.

Welcome to Sea Shells, a beautiful privately owned large spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 13' x 40' Swift Moselle Lodge, positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac with direct frontal sea views, on the sought after Harbour View area of Rockley Park.
It is a wonderfully spacious holiday home with beautiful views over Poole Harbour. The sandy beach is just a 3 minute stroll away, where you will find the water sports hire centre, and the Harbour's Edge café. The Park’s main facilities are also just a 5 minute stroll.

Access & return keys via a private key safe, which means no lengthy queues at Reception. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is 10am.
The Lodge benefits from having private parking for 1-2 cars, full central heating (plus electric fire in lounge) double glazing, plus carbon monoxide and smoke alarms for your added peace of mind and safety.
The Accommodation
The spacious and modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including a full size integrated fridge freezer, full size integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, gas cooker/oven/hob/grill, microwave, 4 slice toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, utensils, gin/prosecco/wine/pint glasses, placemats for inside & water proof silver for outside etc.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs.
In the living room is a comfortable, large corner sofa (pulls-out into a 4' double sofa bed if needed), a 43” Smart TV, Netflix etc There are also USB socket points in the lounge and built in Bluetooth ceiling speakers for radio or play your own music.

The main bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and a double shower cubicle.
The master bedroom is spacious and benefits from having its own en-suite bathroom, comprising of a full size bath with shower, a toilet and wash basin. In the bedroom is a king size bed with new mattress for 2022, overhead bed lighting, double wardrobe with drawers, extra overhead storage and a lit dressing table with drawers and a wall-mounted 22'' TV with built in DVD/CD player. Room for a travel cot. There is also a hairdryer and an iron/ ironing board for you to use.
The twin bedroom has two single beds (both have new mattresses for 2022) which can be moved together to make a double if preferred, along with overhead cupboards for more storage. There’s also a large full length double wardrobe & mini dresser with drawers.
Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds, which all have white Anti Allergy Protectors on them.
For comfort, a memory foam mattress topper is also supplied for the sofa bed. (Also has mattress protector)
PLEASE NOTE : You will need to bring your own bed linen, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, towels, beach towels etc. However, I can hire bed linen for you at an additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to family allergies - This is strictly a NO PETS holiday home.
PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING, NO VAPING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOLIDAY HOME.
PLEASE NOTE: BBQ's are not permitted on the decking itself - there is a slabbed paving area you can use in the garden.
PLEASE NOTE: Haven do not permit any outdoor fires on their parks!!
Security Bond of £100 - this will be fully refunded to you after the holiday home has had satisfactory checks for any losses, damages, breakages, or any unexpected extra cleaning costs.
Deposit of £100 - non refundable deposit to secure your booking & full balance of payment will be required 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

We DO NOT include the passes in our rental prices.
Although, we will notify Haven for you when you book your holiday with us, they will send a confirmation of the holiday, then they will also send you an email 4 weeks prior to your holiday allowing you to book activities and purchase any passes if you require them.
A bus service runs from Rockley Park to Hamworthy Park, Poole town centre, Parkstone, Canford Cliffs and Sandbanks. Sandbanks beautiful beaches are just a 15/20 minute drive away, or you can catch the bus directly from Rockley Park.
There are many attractions within driving distance of the park that are suitable for all the family.
Other places to visit in the local area include Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Old Harry Rocks, Corfe Castle, Swanage, Bournemouth, Monkey World (as seen on TV), Poole Harbour and Quay (2.5 miles away), Adventure Wonderland, Splashdown, and Farmer Palmers in Poole.
