This 36’ x 12’ caravan is located in the premier position of Bay Hollow with beautiful sea views over Poole Bay. Enjoy the fresh sea air and watch the boats sail by from the SW facing veranda. The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with direct access to Rockley Parks beach. This is a two minute walk away. There is a beach café and water sports available.

Drive up and park next to the caravan with space for one car.
Private key box with access code so no lengthy reception queues.
Check-in from 2pm and checkout is 10am on your day of departure .
Gas and electricity included in the hire price, the caravan also has uPVC double glazing.
USB charging points in the lounge and main bedroom.
We are providing free WiFi within the caravan.
Lounge: ample seating with two separate sofas.
Patio door opening out onto sea facing veranda.
A new 43" wall mounted UHD TV with a new UHD DVD player have been provided with an assortment of DVDs books and games available for your use. Amazon Prime is available.
An Alexa voice activated device is also in the lounge.
A contemporary kitchen with large integrated fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, glasses, cookware and cutlery.
Dining area; table with seating for four persons.
Outside table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a comfortable 5ft mattress, en-suite with wash basin and toilet, small dressing table, wall mounted TV and integrated DVD player, large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space with coat hangers and storage including an iron & ironing board and a hair dryer.
The second bedroom has two 2' 6" single beds, plenty of storage and a separate wardrobe with coat hangers.
The main bathroom has an excellent large walk-in power shower with 24/7 hot water plus wash basin and toilet.
All mattresses, pillows and duvets have white cover protectors. We will also supply bed linen and will make up the beds ready for your arrival. You will need to bring your own bath/ beach towels.
We provide a hand towel, liquid soap and a toilet roll in the en-suite and the bathroom. Also a shower mat in the bathroom.
In the kitchen we provide a tea towel, washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and antibacterial spray cleaner.
We supply a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk for your arrival.
STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
Fitted with smoke detectors and CO (Carbon Monoxide) alarms and fully Gas-Safe compliant.
Location
The Bay Hollow area is very close to the beach and a short short walk to Rockley Parks entertainment and food complex with an activity centre.
There is a grocery shop, fish & chips, pizza outlet and a restaurant.
Rockley park provide a full entertainment and activity programme, provided you purchase passes for the required activities. These passes can be purchased at Rockley Park’s reception where all staff are very friendly and helpful.
The cost of these play passes are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the caravan.
Local maps and recommended places to visit are available for you to use in the caravan.
We are friendly and considerate owners. The caravan is well cared for and maintained to a high standard.
We live nearby in Bournemouth and are available to sort out any issues if needed.

Rockley Park is a 'Five Star' Haven resort offering an amazing indoor and outdoor pool complex, various restaurants and a full entertainment programme for both adults and children during the day and evening.There are also tennis courts, buggy jumping, crazy golf and a climbing wall available within the confines of this complex.
Rockley Park play passes are NOT INCLUDED in the price of the caravan rental.
The surrounding area has unlimited places to see and visit, plus cruise & island adventures running from Poole quay, the quay is a short distance away with a regular bus service between Rockley park and the quay. there really is something for everyone.

Durdle Dor scenery and beach.
Lulworth Cove scenery and beach with cliff top walks.
Bovington Tank Museum with many types of armoured vehicles on display.

Studland beach access via the Sandbanks chain link ferry, another fine Dorset beach with a nature reserve behind the beach.
