This 40’ x 13’5” luxury holiday home for hire on Haven’s Rockley Park, has 2 bedrooms (comfortably sleeping 4) and is located in a harbour front, private and quiet location with no through road.
Enjoy harbour facing, panoramic views while you hear the sounds of the Poole Harbour waves and local wildlife from the decking.
The harbour’s water edge is a stone’s throw away from the decking and accessible from a staircase, which is less than a minutes’ walk away. The majority of holiday homes in this beauty spot are privately owned.
The beach is just a slow paced 5-minute walk away from our home and the park centre is a few more minutes in the opposite direction.
Our holiday home has double glazing and central heating, with radiators in every room - perfect for all seasons.
Inside, a modern, beachy, homely feel creates a lovely holiday vibe. The lounge has a comfortable and modern 3-piece suite, a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with surround sound, Freeview, Blue-ray/DVD, remote controlled real flame effect fire and coffee table.
The lounge area has striking glazed harbour facing front aspect sliding patio doors out onto the terrace and outside relaxing area.
The kitchen has an integrated gas oven and separate grill; an integrated microwave grill/combi oven; gas hob; plenty of cupboard space; a washing machine; full-sized American style fridge freezer - perfect for family sized weekly shopping; a vacuum; iron and ironing board; along with all pots and pans with ample crockery, cutlery, mugs and glass wear. There are few basic condiments included, which you are welcome to use. The kitchen also has plenty of workspace and a breakfast bar for two, offering views directly looking out onto the harbour. In addition, there is a dining table with 4 very comfortable dining chairs.
The holiday home has two bathrooms. The main family bathroom has a toilet, wash hand basin and shower. The second bathroom is an en-suite to the master bedroom - this has a toilet, wash hand basin and bath. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in dressing table, large built-in wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The other bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together, a TV, overhead cupboards and a wardrobe with drawers.
The outside terrace has rattan furniture and caters for reasonable privacy.
Bookings & Conditions:
Funworks passes are not included in the hire price. These can be purchased from reception and will give you access to facilities requiring membership.
Bed linen and towels are can be provided at an additional cost.

Arrival Process:
Pre arrival, we will need to register all guests and your car registration with Rockley Park, who will then send you an access code to display in your car on arrival, so security will let you on site.
Arrival instructions and on-site directions, along with the Key Safe code and location photo, will be sent by e-mail around a week prior to your arrival date.
Our holiday home will be available from 3pm. Checkout is by 10am.
